Love oxtail 💓It's very expensive because it was originally a poor people's food just like salt fish and chicken now it's move expensive than stake.....It's so crazy 😥😥
The reason why in my opinion the cow only have one tail so the amount of it is like limited so it's like a thousand pound to five pounds and it has a high demand so that i would think.
You should have scored it everytime you used it but anyway get a knife and see if you can get off some of the black and if you can get sand paper and rub it maybe that's going to be a lot of work.
