- Whaam Burger is a small burger place (with other options), located in Flagler Beach, Florida, diagonally across the street from the Flagler Beach Fishing Pier. Just look for the "Big Boy" out front, that used to be in front of Shoney's restaurants.
We stopped in for a quick bite on our last night in Flagler Beach, before heading home the next morning.

Wow! I can relate to the sunburn I have fair skin. I’ve had sooo many things frozen or the MOHS surgery in Jacksonville to remove skin stuff. Be careful!

She was sore for a few days, but she's all better now. Most of the Shoney's in our area are gone now, but yes, I really liked them. There is still a very small one in Gatlinburg, but not in the same place as the larger one was for years.
Shoneys still around in Nashville TN where I grew up and in Crossville TN where I live now but Big Boy and Shoneys divorced lol about 30 year's ago sad day Shoneys never been the same LoL glad your Wife is better

I kept Aloe Vera on it and I barely peeled. It looked a lot worse than it felt thankfully.

I lived in st Augustine for years. Some family still there. You remmebr marineland?
Yes! Went there many times as a child, and as an adult. It's still there, but it's not the same as it used to be. I think you can still pay and have dolphin encounters, and they may do some kind of marine life rehabilitation there, now. I'm not really sure what it is now, but we drove by there last summer. It says something about the University of Florida, on the sign out front.

Actually, we did forget to put that part in there, and we paid cash. So, I was unable to find it on any of the credit cards that we used. I didn't remember paying cash, but we had to have done so, or else it would have been on one of my statements. I can tell you that each combo was $11.00 each, and they came with drinks. So, that part would be under $25 total. We went back and got the pineapple ice creams afterwards, and they were $4.50 each. So we're probably looking at right around $32.00, or a bit above. I don't remember exactly.
She felt pretty miserable that night, but was okay after that. She's starting to lighten back up to normal color now.
