Moo Ka Ta หมูกะทะ is a Thai food. The mix between BBQ and hotpot, which the word Moo Kata. Moo means pork and Kata means pan. You can grill the meat on the pan. Very nice thanks and great video. Next time you eat Mukhata you have to put the broth around the grill and put the greens and glass Nudels in there. The juice of the meat will make it a killer soup.

Wow. Spectacular scenery and amazing views. I would get vertigo on the entrance, and I could hardly watch when Shev sat on the shelf outside the balcony. I thought it was a table, not a viewing deck! The mini house selling point was the view. The pièce de résistance was the flower fields. It looked like lavender and not sure what the others were. Stay safe, including not sitting on shelves overhanging balconies! 😊

nice video. like many things Thai, patience is the essence to a good Mu kratha. the most important step is the first. place the fat at the peak of the grill and then relax, do not touch it, talk a bit, have a beverage, enjoy your surrounding until it starts to melt, then wait some more. have another beverage, talk some more, and then when the fat is soft and melting you should be able to grill non stick, and with lots of flavor. again, jai yen yen, patience. eating Mu kratha is about sharing, cooking or taking care for each other, and also a variety of taste and texture sensations. its so nice when someone you care about, friends or lovers, picks out a prized piece of food, carefully grills it to perfection , and then offers it to you. its just one of those little surprises and gestures that makes life fun. Mu kratha restaurants most often have a large buffet of items to grill, and to put into the soup. having Mu kratha at home limits your available choices. so i suggest if you ever have the chance, go eat at a good Mu kratha restaurant to fully enjoy the experience. one of the best things about a Mu kratha restaurant, they are most always a great value. ☮❤🙏

@@ShevandDev I'm in Jomtien - Chon Buri. Just out of Pattaya & about 90 minutes South of Bangkok. Some recommendations for you (that I can personally recommend) whilst in Chiang Mai: 1) Their local delicacy, Khao Soi (only available in Chiang Mai). 2) Doi Suthep (Get up the Mountain early, while they are still covered in a coat of cloud & mist. Lovely waterfalls, etc. Beautiful). 3) Wiang Kun Kam Ruins (Ancient buildings dating back thousands of years. Take the romantic horse drawn cart. Nice). 4) I went Caving at Chiang Dao (My Guide asked if I wanted "Boring or Adventure?" I said: "Adventure". It turned out to be down right dangerous! Lol. Take the "Boring" Tour. I heard it's lovely). 5) On the same day you can also visit the "Long Neck Tribes" up in the mountains. They are incredible. 6) I also spent a day White Water Rafting. (When I went it had been raining heavily the day before. If you can, I would recommend that you try and time it so that it hasn't been raining the previous day, otherwise the water could be pretty "rough", with all the run-off from the mountains. 7) Finally, do a full/half day cooking course. (Your viewers would probably love this as you'll likely be cooking foods that you never have before). Enjoy yourselves guys. Stay safe & God Bless. Steve.
