Yes it's suitable for oil skin dear but no it don't reduce eye pigmentation, dear if you have eye pigmentation than every morning and night do eye massage you will see visible change under 1 month

Dear with my suggestion go from faceshop rice ceraminde moisturizer as I am using it currently and a paraben free face wash , Vaseline Lotion and lip balm and you are sorted 😊
