- CHECK OUT THE DEWALT 7.5-Amp 1/2-Inch Impact Wrench with Detent Pin Anvil amzn.to/2ATGvjh
I really had no use for an air impact wrench so I decided to buy an electric one. I did not want to go with the cheap ones after reading many reviews. The DeWalt DW292 was on sale at my local Lowes, so I went with it. So far it has accomplished everything I have thrown at it. I hope this video helps you with your decisions.
Drill- Packedge in typical box, came with a tool bag (added bonus), two batteries, one charger, drill, and driver. Two words "plenty of Torque" th-cam.com/users/postUgkxW1vOBRCMrgTCDEijzpVzDWsgI-Jm2iQv well I guess that's three. Nice upgrade from current setup. Has belt clips, I don't think I will be using those. Driver and drill were bigger than what I expected but it is an upgrade from the current setup. For the money I would say that this is a great setup for Professionals and DIY/Weekend warriors.
Clear example of the torque potential of the 292. Thank you for posting the video.
I got the Bauer electric impact from HF. 450lbs torque advertised. It didn’t even struggle, knocked those F350 4door service truck lug nuts right off! I was expecting the same with that brand! And I paid $69!
Thanks for posting. Kinda disappointing that the corded tools are all so weak but cordless ones easily go past 500 ft-lbs. I wanted a cheaper corded impact for my garage so I don't have to fire up the compressor every time but it looks like I'll stick w the pneumatic
Well. It gets the work done.
well that solved That... dcf899m1 cordless is my next purchase lol I was considering this but not no more lol
BK F Yeah I kinda wanted an all around corded impact wrench but this one seems kinda weak. The cordless model is rated at 700ft lbs
Ive seen some cross threaded then over tightened that milwaukee 2767 with a fresh 6.0 battery would no get them off, we ended up getting a cheater bar.
Seems a bit anemic. I've been looking for another corded impact wrench and it looks like the Kobalt is the best for price/performance.
I have one. Could not remove my SUV lug nuts so i did a test. Put lug nugs on at mfg recommended torque of 90#. Dewalt 292 could not remove them. So i reduced the torque by 5# and tried again....and again,....and again. The Dewalt 292 could only remove lug nuts torqued at 75# or below. Not sure how Dewalt comes up with the 300# torque they specify.
Gregory Meier you might have a defective one. I have torqued past 275 on the spindle lock nut in the video.
Did you use a heavy duty cord like a construction one..cheap cords will reduce the power
#2?
I bought 1 blindly and used it yesterday for the first time to do running boards and it was a dud in my opinion. I won't even try it on a wheel. It'll make a good crab weight.
can I use it for scooter workshop and what is its price in India
Ravi D Are you serious?
Ravi D Lol 😂
Original ones but work if hold it on long enough
can you adjust the torque?
Rick Leece No
you can always buy some torque sticks (1/2 inch)?
What's the torque on this ?
Maximum Torque (Foot/lbs.) 345
alrighty then - pneumatic impact wrench still the safer and drastically more savage option
İt is not ok for 220 V device
This video just probe one thing...get an air impact wrench!!!
Kinda wimpy..
Kind of stupid also. Breaker bar then spin them off with a light weight portable battery impact wrench.
Great video. Nearly wasted my money
Dewalt 0918 на много мошнее вашего и нехира не откручивает на легковой гайки
Seems weak to me.
Way under powered
Tiene que soltar pernos sueltos y anda bien😂😂😂😂 no tiene ni fuerza 😂😂😂😅😅😅
Wtf is this a slide show
Wasn't impressed at all.
Wow, that thing is a turd.
Crap
