Mutiny on the Bounty wins the 1935 Academy Award for Best-Pic ,.mpg

The News-reel announces the winner of the Oscar for Best-Pic of 1935, "The Mutiny on the Bounty". This is my favorite among all sequels till date. This film also has an unbroken Oscar record of being the only movie to have 3 actors from the same film to receive the Best Actor in a Lead role nomination. Clark Gable, Charles Laughton, Franchot Tone were the 3 actors though it was won by Victor MacLaglen for "The Quiet Man" that year. The MGM chief Irving G.Thalberg is seen receiving the statuette from director Frank Capra.

Some of the People who are born with ingrained talent and are destined to create greatness in various fields usually die young. Maybe it is God's way of administering such talents so that they set for us a certain level of quality to achieve. If they were to live a full lifetime there won't be anything to achieve by us the lesser mortals.
