No I think the odds of a mutation are around 7% but you can technically get a mutation without a color change

great Video.. Love breeding solid colors. but there are 3 color ID numbers you have not listed. 0 which is no color, 226 which is Slate dye and 227 which is also no color.
I have got mutations with both a 0 and 227 in my breeding. so I do know they exist.

you can't. there are only certain colors of dye. some colors are just from breeding
