Oh, lord... Finally, a tutorial that actually explains this technique in-depth enough that I can understand it! THANK YOU! I’ve only been playing Go for a little more than two weeks, so I’d say I’m still a noob. I’ve been trying to throw curveballs so many times, only to end up hurling 90% of them past the Pokémon and probably into the next city x-D I’ve been so frustrated (and feeling like an idiot, hah). Now I’ve been sitting here practicing curveballs again after watching this video, and I’m actually landing great curveball throws! I can’t believe it! x-D Once I have this mastered, I’ll start practicing the excellent ones... Please wish me luck! x-D Thanks again! ^.^

One thing I totally agree with is once you start throwing curveballs, never look back. I began by over stocking on balls and just kept throwing. Eventually, I found myself not even thinking about it. I haven’t quite mastered the excellent curveball, but I still manage to get several per day.

This is such a good video! Job well done! Thanks to you, I committed to just doing curveballs, boy did I waste a lot of balls! But it worked! And much quicker than I would have thought. I never think about throwing a straight ball now. And usually get at least a nice throw, often a great throw and ONCE an excellent throw. But it's only been 5 days! So thank you, plus when people ask me how to throw curve balls, I just share your video. So much easier than trying to show them (plus if I try to show someone, my throws are awful...still learning myself)

  • @jjsully27

I think my game is broken.
It doesn't matter where my pokeball hits, how big the circle is, the best I can get is "good" when the circle is at max size. When I hit the ball 100% in the middle with the circle basically being a dot... nothing.
