i see lot of variation in the jump. some people clap behind the head, some don't get the torso upright all the way etc. where is the limit for a no-rep? obviously the feet have to lift off but do the hand need to be in contact?

If you already have loose ligaments in your back and you go in the push up position fast, quickly extending your back and putting load on it, it can really mess your back even further. I know, because mulle on käyny niin. It's not a good feeling to seriously believe you're probably never gonna have sex again. Luckily that didn't come to realization and I'm recovering, but I had serious issues for almost a year and pain during recovery for maybe 2,5 years.
Where's the squat? Form is weak. Burpees are a five stage process. Dude is dropping down into pushup (makes it easier) Should be -From standing...... down to Squat position, hands on floor. -Kick out to plank, keep pelvic tilt. -Down for press up, chest to floor. -Use calves to kick back in to squat. -Stand Up from squat position. Done. Jump is optional. Keep shoulders protracted in plank and top positions on floor. 100 every 10 min.....go!
