Love this channel. so when you started the walls did you cut them in first with a brush two coats, then spray them? was that a microfiber skin for the backrolling? what tape for rosin on floor?
@prophecynewschannel7398 Thank you 👑. yes sir, prime everything, then spray 1st & 2nd coat on the ceilings, after that we brush walls because has a different Sheen , same color dough. Microfiber skin is a 18” rolling Nap Tape orange and also blue we just run out of the Orange that’s why you see blue tape but that orange tape just perfect Appreciate you watching
Great video. I will be painting a new construction house soon. Question - What PVA primer do you use? Also, do you back roll the primer, and also the finish coat? Thanks
Hey Boss, General contractor requested KILZ PVA PRIMER. I don’t backroll Primer, as we Spray and backroll first coat of paint & Second coat too. Also by the end of the Job, by finish project we will go back and touch up for final which is Brush and roll all walls Thank you king , and for subscribing to the channel
@@CFLDumpsters 👑 , for this job had to be Blue sharp line , had black windows from manufacturing Yes that frog tape it’s nice too, Yes it’s worth it the house was a 5-10 millón House with Bid you provide has to be included with price to mask them windows and don’t remove any paint from factory

Gracias 👑, It all depends why kind of preparation needed, how many coats, what kind of paint they want to get I don’t based my Bids by Sqft, I meet in person and check it out how long will take! How much prep! What material they like! You can get a price by Sqft but not for me, have friends they get by Sqft flake money but most of the time multiple coat, type of paint and preparation gets them and the end, Best to see the job in person , most people don’t have accurate Sqft

What tape you use ? Cause that blue tape is terrible, is frog tape better and worth it with this much masking?
