Beautiful. Brian's voice sounds so pure.
Has a very Sons of The Pioneers sound to it, absolutely wonderful!
I love the piano bass rhythm! They’ve used that same style in “Don’t Go Near the Water” and “Add Some Music To Your Day” 💙
What are your top 4 or 5 BB albums?
@@Paul-dw2cl in order of #1 to #5; Smile, Pet Sounds, Smiley Smile, Sunflower and Wild Honey.
@@D3RPFR0Gim the exact same but id swap wild honey and sunflower. Darlin and the title track are just so great

How and why wasnt this on their debut? It wouldve been the best track on Surfin Safari...
It was released as 'Number One' by Rachel and the Revolvers in 1962, the b-side to 'The Revo-Lution'
Is this song technically In the public domain now?
it was never officially released, I'm not sure how that effects it. It's definitely not public domain in the US, it may be public domain in the EU
It is after 100 years
this is a bootleg and later on Brian gave this to i forget which group it was that he Produced. i had forgotten that he did a version of it himself.
@@rolandofgilead43 Rachel and the Revolvers. And on the "Still I Dream of You" album, this is called "Number One"

Original or a cover?
Original, I believe
Yes, definitely an original. Written by Brian Wilson and Gary Usher. It was officially released as a b-side by Rachel and the Revolvers in 1962
