When you said that there was "nothing stronger than a ballerina" ...it made me feel so happy because I've done ballet for 8 years but everyone I meet doesn't see the big deal because it looks "so easy to do"
My brother said he was way stronger than me so i told him to try and stand on the very tips of his toes without crushing his whole foot, that showed him
im a beginner but im required to do ballet for my musical theatre course. i admire ballerinas so much, im struggling to perfect my technique during tendu exercises TT
Natasha is my idol; she is always calm, cool and collected with the occasional witty humour or snarkiness. When it comes down to fighting, her skills do not disappoint and I WISH I could defend myself like that. She is just so generally badass and awesome. RIP Natasha 👇🏼if you agree
Didn’t you pay attention to the movie? Loki didn’t call Nat Dreykov’s daughter, he was trying to break her, by making her feel guilty for killing Dreykov’s daughter Antonia. Come on people, it’s not difficult 😂
I truly think The Red Room is the most terrifying concept in the Avengers, applying to humans of course. We got a glimpse into another black widow’s, Dottie Underwood, training and it’s honestly terrifying and it’s been going on for nearly 100 years. Handcuffed to the beds, forced to kill each other from a young age, non-consensual sterilisation. I couldn’t even imagine if it was real!
in the comics Natasha is actually named Natalia Alianovna Romanova and she was born in 1928, she´s just 10 years younger than Steve Rogers. And also in the comics they don't inject the super soldier serum on the black widows, but instead a special serum that enhanced their abilities, time to recover from wounds and slow their aging, that serum was created by Melina. Also in the comics Alexei isn't Natasha's adoptive (in a mission) father but instead his husband for a period of time, and she was adopted by a soldier named Ivan.
Actually you're wrong about the one who created the serum. In the comics, Melina wasn't even how she is in the movies, she was the Iron Maiden and she hated the Black Widow and hates the fact she lives in the shadow of Black Widow. The one who created the serum that made them young and stronger was Dr. Lyudmila Kudrin, look for her in Black Widow Volume 3. Also, there was no confirmation Natalia was born in 1928, that was only one of the speculations of her early history but no actual confirmation.
4:25 in endgame, when she’s at the desk eating the peanut butter sandwich, you can see pointe shoes on the chair!! likely meaning that she did ballet after the snap. maybe to cope? idk but it’s a cool easter egg!
:( I saw a post on Reddit and it said it might be a refercance to how the red room trained their widows to do ballet. it was quite effective, since ballet makes your legs and arms strong but doesn’t build too much chunky muscle which is what the needed for the girls since they’re supposed to be slim and attractive in undercover missions instead of bulky. It’s quite sad. In age of ultron, Wanda does the whole mind magic stuff, on Natasha and we see a bunch of older girls (maybe 16?) dancing to ballet as music plays being told to do the dance over and over again. Natasha watches her own memories and says to the woman who (probably) taught her a bunch of things, ‘ you’ll break them.’ And the woman replies ‘ only the breakable ones. It’s all very depressing. Also it’s very probable that they made them do a ballet dance until their pointe shoes started showing the blood from their feet, painting the floor with blood. And the first 3 to drop to the floor out exhaustion and are killed for not being good enough…
@@ako3624 i’m aware of that! but old habits die hard and maybe ballet could’ve been something she actually liked from her childhood despite all the other stuff 🤷♀️

Just that from real life medicine perspective removing the Ovaries is a really, really stupid idea as it immediately puts a women into menopause including a kilometer long list of illnesses she is now far more suspectible to, including easier breakable bones among others.

I notice that. I have family members with hysterectomy. And if there are no ovaries you have to supplement estrogen. It's not like taking conraceptive pill. It has serious effect on health like natural menopause.
