    I bought a wok last month and it change my life. No more spending 40-50 at a Chinese restaurant. Bought all the key sauces that u need for so many different dishes. Ordered everything on Amazon since I don’t have a Chinese market near me.

    Lyn, thank you for your recipes and sharing your tips! Now you should show the dishes being savored by your wonderful son or yourself with "Yummy!" words. Ideally please think of how to make the same recipe healthier (if possible without frying). My Chinese doctor friends said with family history of vascular desease before 78, we should avoid fried food and he prefers sauteed or steamed and then with less oil. ❤

    I couldn't hear the name of the beef you used.
    I'm in Australia so if you can tell me the name I can find an equivalent cut here.
    Totally agree to thoroughly rinse the beef after velveting.

      I am using eye of round in this recipe. It is a lean and flavorful cut of meat from the hindquarters of a cow. 😊
