I wonder if this dac has some dsp? On my m15i it sounds cleaner, on the cable it sounds warmer and has more bass. Both sound great, but it’s basically a kefine delci but better. Also those eartips are actually really nice and seal extremely well without having to go very deep. I really like these for rock and metal, also pretty much everything sounds like it would sound on a speaker system, which is probably what they were aiming for.
@@ryanhostudio I don’t have Apple Music. Does Apple confirm the sample rate being played is what is actually being played. Roon says it is downsampling due to compatibility of hardware. In the settings it is saying the hardware can only play 44.1, 48 & 96. 88.2 is downsampled to 44.1 and 192 is downsampled to 96.
@@ryanhostudio yeah, I just got the m15i as well lol. Having basically an m12 on a cable sounds awesome to me. I haven’t tried them yet, I just got the package right before I commented lol.
hmm i think if they make changes i think they will for dusk and add more mid bass, i would say the dusk will sound better, the NHB15 sounds more closer to moondrop kato, but keep in mind the NHB12 comes with a dac/amp cable so it’s not exactly one to one
@@ryanhostudio oh ok. Yeah I know the Blessings are better, that's why I wanted the 15s for now and/or more as a work horse. The cool thing is the nhbs come with a 3.5, I already have Questyle's M15 DAC. I would love to compare how much of a difference the built DAC would make to the external M15. 🤔. By any chancw do you know the wait time for the blessings 3 dusk?

The highest resolution I can get using Qobuz on Roon was 24/96 downsampling 24/192 albums.
i tested it just now with apple music playing cold play "Yellow" and it works playing 24bit/192

@@JamesH1973 not sure if it does confirm that. Might be a question for apple support
I got these for $150! I wonder how they compare with iems in that price range, let alone $300.
well you are also getting a iem with dac amp built into cable too!

Hhhhmmm 🤔, Im thinking of buying the NHB15's while I wait for MoonDrop's Blessing 3 Dusk! Do you think the 15's would sound better?
