Rooster was definitely living her best life with u guys! Matt I can’t even imagine how difficult it was for u to edit these videos but u definitely did a great job paying tribute to Rooster.RIP Rooster
The North Star mine that you stopped out was one of the biggest mines in that area. The hillside you were looking at from the cabin has multiple mines up there. You can enter the big one with the gate at the start. It goes for what feels like miles of mines in there. There is also a bunch of mine shafts as well there that go straight down. When I was there we hiked all over the hillside
I'm jealous of your office... Sorry that Rooster will no onger be apart of your family. She will be truely missed. Congratulations on hitting the 100k mark. Thank you for all that you and Cara do.
The ridgeline was some scary stuff . Can't imagine driving that solo without the front camera showing where the road goes when it disappears . I would have had my head hanging out of the window looking for the road , and still would have had to get out and walk around to see where the road went . Gave me goosebumps just watching :) .
Remote office - exactly what I am doing or better did with my old rig and will do with my new rig. Starlink has been a game changer. Last time I worked from an abandoned mine in the Mojave Desert. Zoom meetings, Teams calls, email, cloud - it all worked. Can't wait for my new rig to be ready. I am happy that you are pointing these things out.
I looked at the subs and it said 100K, congrats on that mile stone. I truly like this seires of videos and Like the quotes at the start and still feel for you guy about Rooster.
Hi Matt, love the video. Some very sketchy moments in the beginning. Whew! The tanks, museums were awesome. I’d like to go to the future in hopes of seeing mankind and wildlife flourish. 🙏🏽 Hopefully we as people come together and be nicer towards one another! 🙏🏽 We will miss you Rooster 😢
Great video sir. I pray the Lord comforts you after your loss. Congratulations on the 100K, seems like yesterday that number was much much smaller! You've worked hard for it!

Planning this trip now before the heat! We love your channel. Look forward to all your new posts. Thank you for being awesome! Would you consider doing a video with the focus being Rooster and all her trips?
Love your videos, always look forward to them. I’m going to miss seeing Rooster going on adventures with you guys. Would you have ran the ridge trails if you had been towing your trailer?
Sorry to hear about your pupppy. OMG. Please put your seatbelt on 😢 I want to illustrate something. The JT gets a lot of grief for having a long wheelbase. (I own a metalcloak lifted Rubi JT) In this video and similar terrain, this is where the stability of a longer track with a lot off rooftop gear helps you feel better about what you’re doing.
Excellent, excellent video. But we couldn't help think of you exploring the west in the 1800s. You know damn well the Indians would'a got your scalp! Hahaha. ( Kidding brother )
You have a job as well? Other than youtube? I've been trying to figure out how to do this myself. I program, and can work from home, or from the road XD Though I must be online at certain hours, from 9am to 5pm. I've the battery power now to run everything I'd need for a few days, but I'd need to drive a bit to recharge them. I just don't want to drive at night and set up at night. Still trying to figure out how I'd make this work, and make sure I could find a site before sun down.

Rooster had a good and wonderful life! 🙂❤🌈

Great video. Yep, 1800s all day. That history is fascinating.
Sorry for you loss, great video, I also love just driving the backcountry with my best friend, enjoyed the scenery, keep it up.
Hey, Matt! Congratulations on reaching 100K subscribers! What a fitting tribute to Rooster, PFB. What a sweetie! Thank you for sharing her with us.

Planning this trip now before the heat! We love your channel. Look forward to all your new posts. Thank you for being awesome! Would you consider doing a video with the focus being Rooster and all her trips?
Thank you. All of roosters trips is basically what these last 9 videos were.
congrats on 100k subs
Thanks!
Matt and Rooster, great video and I love seeing your travels. What was your hammock setup and stand coming off of your Gladiator?
Thanks! It’s the Kammok Outpost
Love your videos, always look forward to them. I’m going to miss seeing Rooster going on adventures with you guys. Would you have ran the ridge trails if you had been towing your trailer?
Congratulation for you 100k suscribers, I have to work hard like you to reach that many suscribers!!!
Sorry about rooster. Kofa looks pretty dang cool.
Don’t feel bad Bud, I wouldn’t like that neither.😅
What did I miss? What happened to Rooster? Such a cute little doggo. Sorry for the loss!
I talk about it at the beginning of this video.... th-cam.com/video/UEgfVbXGqmk/w-d-xo.html
10mm socket!!!

You are absolutely correct.
Imagine being the first one to carve that out.
We'll always remember you rooster, here's to you ..🍺
This footage is incredible. How did you get the drone footage if you were by yourself, and driving?
I got skills. 😂
Matt is that Ridge Road one way? what do you do if you meet somebody up there ?
I was thinking the same thing someones gonna learn some backing skills.
It’s two way. I’m glad I didn’t have to find out. Lol.
Another great video Matt. Question, since the iPad doesn’t support CarPlay, are you using your phone to get Gaia to your Jeep screen?
Yes
Where is that trail that started the video? I'm in the Phoenix area and would love to go drive that!
Literally just north of Yuma
what's the cam you use for the dash view ?
Insta360 AcePro
I pray that there really is a Rainbow Bridge.
Anyone know where we can get VIP tickets to the Expo in Springfield?
Link is in the description
Intro made me feel like I was sitting down to watch an Indiana Jones movie lol
Is your jeep a airplane?! Looks like it on those Ridgeline!!! 🫣
😂😂😂
"Ridge Runner".
Excellent, excellent video.
But we couldn't help think of you exploring the west in the 1800s. You know damn well the Indians would'a got your scalp! Hahaha. ( Kidding brother )
Oh that’s definitely how I’d go out. 😂
Some of those shots make it look like you're in a plane
Those plastic drums give me Breaking Bad vibes.
Like, nobody had those kind of drums back them. Something wrong there.
All true
That's called a hogback road.

TH-cam has been my full time job for almost 3 years. When I had a normal job I’d plan my vacations around trips like this.
I would have close the 1870-1890s that was the true Wild West and skipping the civil war. 😅
Definitely trail not compatibility with an off-road travel trailer.
Have you ever ran into a unruly person or animals?
I've had a few unruly human encounters but never an animal unless that Racoon that got in my trash in my truck bed counts. lol.
You got your shit together stop crying “ moma”😢
Aren’t you just the sweetest thing.
