Rebuilding VW Bus Calipers - 1972 Westfalia - Gus the Crunchy Bus

In this 15th episode of our bus rebuild videos we rebuild the front calipers on our 1972 Volkswagen Westfalia bus. There were in good overall condition so we just cleaned them up and reassembled. Thanks for watching!

Do the units split ( hex bolts)

I have a 1980 vanagon with this same basic caliper. Yes, the two halves do come apart with those bolts. There are two seals between the halves that need to be replaced when split.
