Herfolk could've mindbombed in response to bolt, you only had two cards with bolt on the stack and would have to take 1 damage. I think she let you win game two 😁
I particularly enjoyed this one! A great reminder that old school isn't all just about super pricey reserved list power cards and you can have fun, competitive matches with all different types of more budget friendly decks. This feels a lot more like how I remember games playing out back in 94 when none of us had even seen a mox in person... thanks for uploading 😁

I used Mind Bomb in my first reanimation deck as a way to get fatties into my graveyard. The effect on the opponent was just a bonus.

I love playing my elementals deck. Casting big vanilla creatures is basically all I did in the first year of playing mtg 😂
