I have so much to speak on as a partner who has seen how the courtroom handles these cases.
    1. Court orders
    2. What the judge allows
    3. How the kids feel
    4. How the full time parent deals
Etc. I got some to say! Lol

Without knowing the full story, i still would have to say the wife was wrong for speaking that way regarding the child. Im a single parent myself andvthere sre just some things i feel are off limits in using support. Shelter, lights etc are expenses you would have with or without child. Vacations are your decision your expense. Transportation and gas are your responsibility. Anything above those is your contribution. Sometimes child support is a sense of entitlement for some recipients. The wife may notice that the mother is living her best life and still asking for more. Unfortunate but it happens.

I’m paying $1200.00 a month for my daughter and believe me , it’s not nearly enough for everything…ie clothes, food, Braces, Band , Girl Scout, dance , piano lessons and track, whenever my ex says she need extra “ I Got Her”🤘🏿🤘🏿🤘🏿

Ok this was really really good. Miss Washington one but sis had some really valid points. The wife messed herself up by talking too much and saying fuck the child. She really lost the case by saying that alone.
