It does have in ear Detection. There is an Optical Sensor for Wear Detection so that it can automatically pause the audio when you remove it from your ears and play when you put it back.

... why do companies give the option to cut down lag and not just do it by default? Who wants lag? Is it because gaming mode uses up battery life?

I had the original Nord Buds and enjoyed the sound + features. Have not tried the 2 but may skip and go straight to the 3. My OnePlus Buds Pro2 are the current daily drivers so it would be cool to switch up between the two. Thx for the in depth review as usual!!

Thinking about picking these up and keeping them seperate from my main pair. Would you say these be a good choice and does it matter if earbuds don't have ldac? I don't use wireless charge and it's not a big deal to me. I'm not a stem guy and looking to change it up. I can get them from Ali Express for 31 dollars after Tax.

@@spikeimperial I like the Buds 3 the sound quality is pretty much the same but the Buds 3 have a little better noise cancelling and volume control by swiping up and down the stem. If you're a bass head the new Nord buds look pretty good though. These are just my opinions I have the Pro 2s and Buds 3 but I don't have any experience with the Nord ones. 💯🇺🇸

I noticed design looks like beats studios buds case which is sweet and yes they do look like the AirPods Pro. So they have the case like Beats Studio with the look of the AirPods Pro

I found an app that works if Samsung devices. HeloMelody works! Now I can get the full effect. Sounds great however I do feel the earfun has just as good of bass, if not better. But the OnePlus do have a clean sound IMO.

I had the nord buds 2 pro and I couldn't even use that 1 year. After 7/8 months right side bud was not connecting and the case showing no charge on phone although it is fully charged.
I have the One Plus 12 phone along with the One Plus Buds Pro 2 and the One Plus Pro 3s so this will go nice with the rest of the One Plus family! On the other hand, my wallet just took another hit! Stop doing this to me Gamesky! 🤣

No no no. You got the fast charge totally wrong. You said you put the buds in the case and get 11 hours in 10 mins. No. You plug the CASE into a charger and you get 11 hours worth of charge for 10 mins charging.
You said the battery for the earbuds is 12 hours.. obviously it doesnt charge to over 90% (11hrs) in 10 mins.
Just saying, with the app, you can get it for 49.99

Well there's no app for the Samsung devices. But the headphones still sound good 😢
That is a hell of battery drop for ANC (12hr > 5.5hr) for a set of earbuds today (in the past sure), many drop 1-2hr and MTW3/4 drop 30mins.
