Love seeing Zack getting so much recognition. When he first showed up on youtube I thought he was just a really funny guy who plays drums but I quickly realized and am constantly reminded that he is actually an amazing player.
@drumeo when more intricate patterns are played please leave the camera in the lateral position so it can be seen easily. From above / front you get the least amount of visual information. And stop cutting shots right at the beginning of the fills.
I also love how, either on purpose or inadvertently, keeping such a simple and straightforward paradiddle groove for the entire song showed how dope a deep pocket and staying out of the way of the music is. 🤘🤘

Just started drumming 1 week ago. Can play few grooves but can’t get the basics down for the life of me😆. Want to get the fundamentals down before I start my drumeo journey.
The transcription did not clearly show how to paradiddles were integrated into the groove. It certainly didn't show sticking, and in some cases it didn't seem accurate in terms of where the Tom strikes were placed.
