Hi, Cathy! I'm an old Dad and Grandpa. I just wanted to let you know how much I enjoy your videos. They're not only informative, but very entertaining. Keep up the good work! - Grandpa Eric -
Kathy, I'm SURE someone has already said this, but when I drain fruit I will drain it in a measuring cup and then use THAT drained liquid in my cake mix...it just adds extra flavor...
Kathy... I just talked my sister into getting an Air Fryer. She called me last night with questions and I sent her here to your channel. She told me she was going to try Salmon with french fries. I sure hope her very 1st. meal turns out as good as I know it can. Kathy.. You (and your wonderful crew😉). are the source.
Thanks for great recipe ideas love to see your family cooking with you they all have grown so beautifully happy cooking My eldest in remission from leukemia is starting to cook some things in air fryer your an inspiration to all of us cooks in the world Thank you Kathy
Most of these recipes wouldn't go over well with my wife and daughter. Ah, but one of the great things about the air fryer is that I don't have to make them for the whole family, because my air fryer makes it a snap to cook for one, or make 2-3 servings and save the extra servings for later, all without waiting for the oven to preheat or heating up my kitchen in the summer. So, yummmmmm - bring 'em on! I started with your Roasted Sweet Potatoes recipe, because I happened to have a sweet potato in the fridge and it was calling to me. I keep an eye on my salt intake, so instead of salt, I sprinkled on some garlic powder, curry powder and cinnamon, and 10 minutes later, I was in sweet potato heaven. Thanks, Cathy! Oh, and as always, Olivia's antics are as precious as these recipes are delicious, although Hailey did a pretty good job of stealing the show when she tried those blueberry muffins, as did your son when he tried the apple turnovers. You are so blessed - enjoy every minute of 'em!
I have two grandchildren in college who have just started using the air fryer. I’ve shared some easy recipes from the cookbook with them that are easy, especially chicken.
The Scalloped Potatoes at 9:13 were simple, quick and the very best au gratins Whistler and I have ever eaten. I used bacon grease from local bacon ends and a bit of fresh grated parmesan with Pinconning cheddar on top. Definitely going in the rotation! Thank you Cathy!
One thing that I have found as an all around seasoning is Badia Complete Seasoning. You can find it either in the spice section or Hispanic section. I use it on everything- chicken, steak, chops, and veggies. I spray both sides of meat shake on seasoning and let it go. Ditto on the veggies
Do you prefer a round basket or square.I’m thinking of getting an air fryer and I’m thinking ninja or instant air vortex.I like the see through window.Cosori has my interest as well.
I will receive my air fryer on Thursday and will definitely try out some of your recipes. Quick question though... I see you use several different oil sprayers. Which one has your preference?
Thanks for the tips on cutting the recipes in half, especially the egg. I have been cutting my cake recipes in half for quite awhile, so this offered me some additional insight...
You have an awesome channel l became new to your channel the other day you so inspire me to actually cook in my new air fryer, I was looking at your video the other day when you had two air fryers and one was just named air fryer that was the most funniest air fryer video I ever seen. Thanks for the laugh and for me learning a thing or two😂❤
i brought a airfyer a couples days and its phillips 5000 series XXL and the temperature only goes to 200oc so if a recipes more what do i do if a said more
Great! 200 C is the same as 400F, so no need to go higher than 200C! In my cookbook, I show both F and C temps on all the recipes and try to show them on the videos too.
Hallo Cathy and many greetings from Nürnberg Germany. Tomorrow my first airfryer (I bougt one with 8 liter inside- so a big one from russel hobbs) will arrive in my house. I found you last night and I am so happy and impressed for what you all do. Though my Englisch is a relict from school (I am 60 years old- have two grownup sons, and will be grandma in about 6 months for the first time- hurrah!!!), I understand every thing. And I wonder if yout cook book is to buy in german language? Probably not. Perhaps I try to buy it. It would be very interestin. So now I sag thank you for your wonderful videos- you will be my Partner (in Mind/thoughts) and join my new life with the airfryer. I am looking forwart to it. Bye,bye. Petra🥰
Your recipes are interesting (and your family very nice) except from the fact everything comes from a can or a box or pre-made mix. And too much oil for my taste. But it gives a pretty good idea of what can be cooked and how long, so thank you very much for your videos.
She does recipes for busy moms. If you want to do it all from scratch, just check out the ingredients in the cans, boxes and premade mixes and go for it. Olive and avocado oil are good for you. Use whatever works for you.
@@beverlystewart1096 I was a busy single mom but never made fast food from cans. It is easy to make something quickly. But… I am not american and older.
Interesting always learning, but could you do healthier recipes? I know it's cultural but compared with Mediterranean cuisine everything you make has way too much fat and grease 😢

Thank you so much 🤗
Kathy, I'm SURE someone has already said this, but when I drain fruit I will drain it in a measuring cup and then use THAT drained liquid in my cake mix...it just adds extra flavor...
Great tip Melanie - thank you! I'm sure that is something my mom taught me to do years ago, but I've forgotten!

Nice!
Sweet potatoes. In SC during season we buy a bushel . We bake all sweet potatoes in the oven . We freeze in skins till needed.

Square basket! You have more space to cook food!
I got the Cosori last year and love it.
Your kids are so easy to please...even if they don't care for something you made they are so polite...

Looks amazing! What is in enchilada sauce? I’m not sure we have that in the UK. Can it be made from scratch?
I've finally on-board my Ninja max crisp duozone AF400UK. But I must admit that I'm a little bit intimidated about using it for the first time.
Where can find your spray bottle?
I really love your videos and I love you too
