Go Fast Bits DV+ blow off valve removal/service/install on a Fiesta ST

- I take off my GFB DV+, clean it, and put it back on. The DV+ uses the stock Ford actuator and I show the stock Ford valve parts that get removed, then take the ST out for a short test spin.
There is an issue with the video quality, due to ancient equipment, do not adjust your set.
This is helping me out a lot right now. Thank you from east Tennessee :)

@@WhatIsTheWheel Awesome, gonna attempt to install some intake stuff today (st200 airbox, hot side intercooler piping, and a catch can that I'm apparently learning doesn't actually help with Carbon build up) but I'll check your other stuff out and let you know if I think of something fun!

Hey man just stumbled across your video and you might have saved me. I bought the car with this DV installed and I started experiencing turbo flutter at low boost and now it’s like my car suddenly over boosts and I get flutter when I back off at even the first sign of boost. Is this because it needs to be maintained and lubed? I’m sorry for all the questions but I’ve never had a car with a DV before
Sounds like it is stuck barely open. Definitely check it as soon as you can. If the brass piston is not to scarred up you should be able to clean/lube and stick it back together.
@@WhatIsTheWheel thanks man, great service you’ve done putting this video up. I’ve got the turbo smart dual port as well so if I can’t fix it I’ll just do the BOV conversion, not sure if one is better than the other?
Do you know what brand of flexible alan wrench you used? I can’t seem to find the tool online
Great video, i installed the turbosmart compact bov on my fiesta st last week. I like it, but i think im going have to copy your format. I really like how your st sounds compared to the one i installed on mine.
