    Following on from my popular video 'How I Induced Labour Naturally' I wanted to make a follow on video that just gets straight to the point. So here is 'Yoga to induce Labor'. Of course all our bodies and all our pregnancies are different so what works for some might not work for others BUT this CAN WORK and this DID WORK for ME! I went into natural labor at 37 weeks after teaching a pregnancy yoga class involving very similar poses to this video.     Thank you for this video! I did this video about two or three times at 38 weeks along with walking and birthing ball exercises. It started my labor and I’m currently holding my brand new baby girl as I type this!

    Thank you for sharing this video. I am 39 weeks pregantn today and found this yoga session so relaxing and enjoyable. I'll definitely be continuing this daily until baby arrives!

    Well, this video was the one I did on the day I finally started labor! I was in labor for days and wound up c-sectioned but it was still a really positive birth experience and my son and I are doing really well. Thanks for all your videos which really helped in those final weeks.

    Thank you for posting these videos I did part 1 yesterday and im here doing part 2 today i feel my hips way more relaxed and my body ready your affirmations really help me mentally prepare as well and I feel as you are right here guiding me so thank you kindly! Im really hoping she comes this week already as according to the docs im 41 and 5 today 😅 will come back with an update when i have one 👍

      good luck Tami! I was in your position on Monday and I did this flow and had my baby the next day at 38 +2 weeks! Trust your body, you’ve got this 💓 (and remember to keep coming back to it until baby comes, its all helping to get baby ready for birth!) ❤️

    I’m 40 weeks on Saturday. Been doing your practices all week to try and get things going. My first baby was induced at 42 weeks so I’m trying to avoid that eventuality this time around! However my partner is still in the full throes of decorating the house, so maybe I’m not mentally quite ready. As you say, baby will come when it’s ready! Thank you and I will keep you posted xx

      Esther! I hope things get moving for you soon but yes absolutely as you said you need to be mentally ready and it sounds like you’re body is hanging on until the house is calm and ready for baby to arrive.
      I’ve just had my second baby at 38 weeks on Tuesday and did lots of my own yoga flows to help her on the way 🥰 It works! Just listen to your body and baby will be here when they are ready. Keep me posted! Xx

    I came across your video looking for natural ways to induce labour whilst a few days overdue. It was so relaxing and felt really lovely to stretch. Later that evening I started having contractions and I gave birth to my daughter the following day! Thank you so much 🙏🏼

    I found this video last night and decided to give it a try. I am still very pregnant but, I will say after trying it last night and almost falling asleep on my floor, I could not enjoy this practice more. I felt so relaxed and by the end of this video, I was feeling the best I have since the start of my pregnancy. I had to come back tonight just so I could feel this peaceful state again. Even if all I’m doing is preparing my body for labor, I’m so happy with the results.

    38 weeks and 2 days! Did this yoga routine and I lost my mucus plug, gonna keep doing it everyday as well as bouncing on my ball until baby arrives ☺️ thank you for your videos!

    39 weeks and 4 days. Even if this doesn’t start my labor, it is making me feel so much more relaxed and comfortable in my pregnant body! Thank you for all the amazing videos and affirmations ❤

    I did this at 39 weeks and 6 days at night before bed... the next morning my mucous plug came out. Still waiting for baby though...
    Good little stretch with guided breathing is always a good idea! Thank you.
