many here in the comments say he could have fed faster and taken more each time, and so on.. but ill say he do a GOOD JOB... he keeps up with the chipper WITHOUT OVERFEEDING.
It was so messy of him to load perpendicular to the chipper. Seemed more was falling over the sides then in the receiver. All he need do is move with the truck to his back and probably wouldn't have lost a board. Or, work between the pile and the receiver.
Everybody saying wheel loader Well tip...trackhoe smoother to operate..can break material down faster so looks like less but u feeding wood not air...loader is good but to rough more fuel and less WOOD in machine bc of material size and the pile is packed pretty good so safety of boards taring hoses stuff like that up on loader compared to trackhoe....operator is smooth and not overloading both machines so my opinion he is worth the right operator.
seems to me he should be 90 degrees from where he is,,,,alll the material he dumps is in misalignment with the grinder and energy is used when the machine has to turn it all around to enter the feed head,,,,id think you could save time and fuel by positioning the loader better
This looks a bit dainty. The grabs are small here. Most excavator operators know that time is money. The grinder can handle a lot more. Not showing the potential at all.

Qer
Can sum of yall stop complaining bout everything damn let he do it how he do it he dont need yall telling how to do it
could have positioned the shredder or the loader better so he could feed it perpendicular
my thoughts too.
where I live its amazing to see debris so well sorted. Everything here just mixed and dumped.
That required a grapple either on a CAT Front end Loader or an above four prong grapple. Sometimes you do with what you have!!!
First you get good then you get fast nothing is being abused he is safe that’s all that matters you pick up tricks along the way good job 👍
thank you satan

How does the truck driver know to pull forward?
I'd love to run the chipper / grinder
Slow and steady. Could do with a different grabber.
A very inexperienced operator! How many operators would load a truck like this?
Wondering if they have a magnetic belt on that to get all them nails out
must be a rental because to ignore the clearly a big bolt or grinder tooth rattling around sound
at the 12min mark
Nice video!
🛢🛢🚙🚤first one also has Mexico’s
The reason he not loading alot on the belt is to not damage the machine.
Where is used the chipped wood?

Does the shredder have a magnet to keep the metal out of the finished product?
yeah no kidding cuz I heard a bunch of metal going thru haha big metal
Yes, it's over the outfeed conveyor. It's visible just to the left of the engine with the belt going around.
Good video would love to have that job
my hydraulic motor is used in your machinery: crusher, conveyor belt, crushing screen and other mining machinery

Hey that was a great job by the loader. I preferred to see the grinder in action though. Great video new subscriber here
Y u didn't use the wheel loader
I would of used the loader in the background faster neater job.
Looks like the sort of job where you could get good mileage out of a pair of noise-cancelling headphones and the good coffee you made at home.
Of note... How'd they get so much chipped saw dust under the receiver??
I see that on some machines. No idea why, a design flaw or intentional, who knows. The metal in the blades made me cringe.
You can see the dust being moved by the conveyer after being blown back out at the chipper head .
Too bad we did not get a close-up..
Not very good at loading it bits falling everywhere and not in machine
Can u let him do it How he do it
What'd you use to take the video.
GoPro
Cake job
C'est pas un nerveux, il en prend petit-peu par petit-peu. Un Suisse quoi ?!
Ouai c'est clair, et il à peur de bourrer la machine ou quoi ... ? Ah ah :)
Another boring video! Aren’t we watching the shredder rather then the loader???
Too much repetitive video. How about filming other parts of the operation.
重機とクラッシャーの位置関係が悪いわ
Треть часа одно и тоже
another very boring clip
bigger scoops man. Your wasting money and time. WTF is this. Makes me mad. Cant watch
heeey, show us the shredder shredding and the shredded material... this here is boring!
