    So saddened by the floodings here in NCR. Senators are saying it was caused by the Manila Bay reclamation projects. Whatever it is, drastic measures should really be taken now by the government to prevent this from happening again. One is educating people more about proper garbage disposal. Also requiring manufacturers that use plastic packaging to contribute to the solution in whatever way. Personally, I think they should research in creating biodegradable packagings. Or implement refilling machines (customers bring their own containers) for products like shampoos and even those snacks that create so much plastic pollution. Sorry I could go on and on about this. So many other issues to address that also contribute to this catastrophe, but that's all for now... Anyway congrats on your fitness endeavors and on Grae's new business. I'm guessing it's food related? Whatever it is, I commend her for starting her own business. She is really a class act. :)

    Oh I'm so sorry about that Mike. Typhoons can be some of the worst to experience. I went trough Odette and that was beyond shocking I had no power for over two months from December 16 to January 21 and little to no wifi for over 4 months. That is a huge cool gym I wish I wish I had something like that in my province area but I do wake up early and go jogging and do pushups on a long trail near my house. Pump that Iron Mike 💪

    As a tropical paradise, typhoons are a normal weather pattern that slams the archipelago every year. People just need to heed the call of the authorities to take the necessary precautions to prevent loss of life and minimize property damage. People need to throw away garbage in their proper places of disposal so as not to clog the creeks and drainage system. A self-respecting individual makes a person disciplined to do the right things.

    You might not know it, it's really bad beneath street level in the whole of old Manila. The flood infrastructure is poor, rarely maintained and clogged with garbage and all sorts of detritus. You can blame it all to bad leadership, corruption and plain laziness of the whole government.

    If your planning on living in the Philippines:
    Always pick houses above flooded areas;
    Thieves, Snatchers, and Kidnappers exists;
    Black out is a problem;
    Our country is close to both volcanic and earthquake regions;
    Always do your research;
    etc.

    Nothing improves in the Philippines. Luzon always, anywhere else converted to river every time of strong typhoons because of corrupt public officials. From the president down to the lowest position
