Junkrat is pure chaotic neutral. Sure he does a lot of bad things, but that worldwide crime spree was because he wanted revenge at the Queen for kicking him out. It's clear he wants to be a good guy, but is aware that he has poor judgment.

I really do love the catty, brother-sister relationship they give Junkrat and Tracer. Its fun to think about them just goofing off together at base or pranking people. I also like that Junkrat seems to be the only character that is just having fun, no other worries besides robbery, mayhem and joy.
5:24 Honestly he was sorta close, he said Zeno's paradox which is the hypothetical of a runner chasing after a turtle, where it reaches the point that the turtle was prior but by the time they get there the turtle is already half that distance away from the original point showing that there is no physical way to catch up since you'll always be half the previous move away. But in reality it was Meno's paradox, he was off by one letter.
I love how he sounds and is basically a maniac that seems dumb at first, but he clearly knows his stuff about explosives and sometimes even comebacks. Also sounds like a nice guy if you dont count the criminal history
Despite being a crude creation, he did make his own gun and explosives (and presumably more things like his bike), he knows about Xeno's paradox, he understands chemistry (as shown by continuing Winston's joke with the HE HE) he genuinely tries to befriend everyone giving them compliments and trying to find stuff in common with them and he goes to the doctor to treat his pyromania.
He's literally one of the smartest playable characters in the game and a lot of people forget cuz of how unhinged he is. He's just a guy having fun and doing stuff he loves. He's literally so wholesome
