I just bought one and it has inoperable headlights. I found a company that will replace the circuits inside entirely for $300 in Pennsylvania. Really appriciate the video, I bought mine sight unseen and the dealer lied about its condition so when it arrived it had all kinds of stuff wrong with it. The BCM repair and the window guide are the last things I need to fix to get it fully functional.
So first off thanks for the video! Yours and another video, along with my own trial and error fixed my problem. Things to add (I have a 2012 Fiat 500 sport) 1. There are 3 T30 screws, not 2. I don't believe you ever corrected that. However, as you pointed out in the second video, there are 2 connectors in back of the BCM, not one. Putting that information in the first video (or making them all one video would save some headache. Also, mine has a pedal plate that I had to remove to be able to reach my hand behind the BCM and unclip the connectors. 2. Same with removing the cover to the BCM. You end the second video with all you have to do is pop those little tabs on the side, but important information in the third is required to remove it. Popping the clips next to the connectors, should be added to that video. 3. Also, I went ahead and replaced my relays. In the other video it says you have to remove the two circuit boards. There is a waaaay easier way. Simply remove the connector underneath the relays and it will allow you to get to the solder points and replace them. I had to heat my gun to over 400 degrees to desolder those relays points, but was finally able to get them off. Hope this helps the next person!

You mentioned you pulled a airbag plug? Was pulling the single red cable enough?
I can't say for certain. Red plug is powering the box. Disconnect the positive side of battery to be sure.

They have a fuse for the headlights, happened to my 2012.
It can also ve the BCM. I had a mechanic check fuses and relays. BCM was the cause.
Horrible cars. Don't care what model - Fiat is junk.
