Great video as usual. I love the super tweaking that the aperture does also. Oneleaf make superbly built scopes and yet they continue to make advancements too. They're incredible value for money. Thanks buddy 👍👍👍
That is insane! I haven’t kept up with air gun technology or especially night vision scopes but it’s crazy to watch how accurate it can get in complete darkness. Very cool! 🤙🏼
The night vision in the video that looked the best was at 7X zoom and I always record in 4K at 30 fps. The last thing to mention is that for distances 50 yards and less, you should use the 2X lens instead of 4X. The reason is the 2X lens has a dial that will let you open up the aperture which lets in more light and makes the video really clear.
Hey man, I bought the AEA Challenger Pro in .22 caliber from the Pellet Shop. I swear, they are such awesome people! My package arrived in two days, and they filled it to 200 bar with no leaks! They even tuned it with the regulator set at 150 and the transfer port turned down. I was out this morning messing around and slinging some JSB 18.13 grain pellets at 100 yards, where I got a 5-shot 2-inch group. I was impressed! I can't imagine what I'll do when I figure out how to tune it! I will say the mags are crap and feel like Mcdonalds toys!
The AEA Challenger Pro is such a great rifle in all calibers. I would recommend to turn your transfer port to full power (noon on the dial) and use a heavier pellet such as 25g or 33g. The mags are plastic like most others.
@@backyardairguns Ive got some zan 33G slugs 218 so im going to try and tune those im trying to get the feel of the gun so im using cheaper pellets for now
@@backyardairguns I just did what you said, and it's shooting slugs extremely well. However, I think it's only shooting them at around 800 fps. I have the light hammer spring, and my ballistic app tells me that if it were shooting at 950 fps, I would only need to dial about 10 MOA at 100 yards. But since it's telling me that at 800 fps, I need to dial 14 MOA at 100 yards so i think its shooting 800, all of this is based on the gun being sighted in at 50 yards. Thats with zan 33 grain 218 slugs
I agree that you need to shoot the slugs as fast as you can shoot them. Two more options would be to replace the light spring with the heavy spring; than can be done in about 10 minutes. The second option is to increase the reg from 175 bar to 190 to 200 bar.

@@jjssnb3790 to make a long story short... the Oneleaf team went on vacation for a week from Oct 1st to October 6th. So they disabled all discounts, but they discounted everything on their website, so the 10% discount would still be there. Now that they are back from vacation, my 10% discount code should work and has been extended until October 20th.
Mike, after seeing the first video, I ordered a unit on Oct 5. But the discount code did not work. I sent Oneleaf an email asking about it and they said “unit was on sale and discount code is inactive”. Just wanted to give you a heads up. Enjoyed the video can’t wait to get a unit to play with.
Thanks DeWayne. Bottom line is Oneleaf went on vacation for a week and they disabled all discount codes for that week. But at the same time, they lower the price of the scopes by 10%. So users still got the 10% discount. Now that they are back from vacation, the prices are back to normal, but my 10% discount code works again through Oct 20th, 2024. You will love this scope.

The 2X lens with adjustable aperture setting is really good for backyard plinking medium range hunting.
OOO man the scope seems so freaking cool! I cant wait till oneleaf sends me one to review
Just ran into you at Rio Salado, good luck this week, Cheers!
Thanks - this will be my first time to shoot in Big Bore competition.
