Dio and Jotaro in this universe technically never get the chance to meet since both versions of Diego die and this universe's version of Jotaro does not have a stand like star platinum, infact this universe's version of Jotaro is not even a main character but a...side character I guess? it is rather confusing but I wont go into it due to spoiler stuff.
