Savor the rich flavors of our Creamy Spinach & Mushroom Salmon, a perfect seafood feast. This dish features succulent salmon fillets seasoned, seared, and simmered in a heavenly cream sauce with fresh spinach and earthy mushrooms, topped with a generous sprinkle of Parmesan. Serve this gourmet creation over spaghetti for a satisfying meal.
Ingredients:
4 pieces of skinless salmon or tuna
Cooking salt
Pepper
2 tomatoes
200g mushrooms
100g butter
2 cloves of garlic, chopped
Oil for cooking
200g fresh spinach
40g cheese, shredded
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
250ml cream
1 tsp dried green onions
Instructions
1. Season salmon with cooking salt and pepper, then sear on both sides in a heated pan. Remove from the pan.
2. In the same pan add butter, garlic, onion, and mushrooms
Cook for 5 minutes.
3. Add spinach to the pan and sauté for 3 minutes.
4. Combine tomatoes, spinach, and add dried green onions. Pour in 250ml cream and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
5. Place the seared salmon in a pot, sprinkle with cheese, and Parmesan. Cook on medium heat for 10 minutes.
6. Serve the salmon over cooked spaghetti.
