In the public will she said that she didn’t want the eastern stars and her sorority sister to their ceremony at her funeral. She said the she only wanted one funeral to be planned by Kevin Sr and Jr
Ashley you have to see the will it’s all over , he did not go against her wishes , and she did leave Kevin Sr some things , she even said in the will that if both Kevin sr and jr where to pass then everything would be left to her brother . They are using Kevin Jr to bring this show on so they can get paid . Her sister did the same thing it was on the news , please pull up the will . Also the will said that jr can only have certain control when the courts fill he is ready , but she did leave her husband and her grandkids something. Once you view the will please make another post . The sisters are lying. As far as the cheating all of the sister’s husbands cheated on them , Tracie was the only one that worked it out with her husband.
Thank you. Ashley is sweet, but she seems completely unaware of what’s really going on. She’s romanticizing the Braxtons from what we saw and they portrayed way back when the show first started a bit, but the veil has been lifted. They, namely Towanda, Ms. E and sadly Trina, are using Kevin Jr and triangulating his relationship with his dad so they can control Traci’s likeness through him and grab a bag or two.
This week it seemed faker than the other episodes.. but they didn’t have these interactions with her while she was alive Towanda is doing a lot and when she went off she looked real evil and scary!! I want to see more of the sisters storyline because we haven’t seen it yet!!
It does feel fake. Mama E is a piece of work. I still don’t care for her, Towanda and Tamar. Toni did some snakish 💩 to Tracy on BFV. I believe those sisters r lying 🤥 on Kevin Sr. I definitely can understand Tracy not leaving theirs azz anything. Jmo

She was also very dismissive to her quite often, esp when she was upset, like at that Napa Valley dinner. I like Toni, but that doesn’t make me blind to her wrongdoings.
Traci had the choice to enjoy her last days on Earth without Tamar around annoying her. Traci did not like her sister- doesn’t mean she didn’t love her- but people have the right to decide who they allow in their life….

Traci’s Will was read on TH-cam and the sisters are not correct about the memorial service. Traci wanted a memorial and put Kevin Sr and Kevin Jr in charge of the memorial. She also did leave some stuff to Kevin Sr but left the most to Jr.
I have a friend who’s dad passed away and while he was living my friend felt like his dad hated him. He felt like his dad only cared about his step mom. Well when the dad died the wife got nothing but 6 months to find a new place to live. This man had everything written out in great detail. The son, who thought his dad hated him got multiple houses (which he nothing about), cars, an insane amount of money and only God knows what else. No body can say why Traci did what she did. It’s really not for anyone to question. I’m sure Kev, Sr. is hurt but it is what it is. My heart goes out to everyone. This show was a bad idea.
You are correct. Family can be sooooo messy after ppl die about money. But when there’s a will, u have to respect the deads’ wishes…even when u don’t like it.
What people fail to keep mentioning is Kevin Sr is her husband of over 29years they were not divorced ever! So regardless of a will Kevin Sr. Would be entitled to some stuff. She left most of the stuff to Kevin Jr. because it makes the most sense Sr. Is grown and can take care of his self but she knew Jr need that head start to stand on his own.
Honestly, when it comes to a will, a spouse is not entitled to anything. IF the deceased decides not to leave them anything, that’s what it is. It’s not like a divorce. That’s why wills and estate planning is so important so assets are distributed…no matter what anybody feels.
I feel like the sisters are pump faking their outrage, hoping we forget how THEY treated their sister. We can't judge her marriage because her marriage wasn't depicted on the show. We can most definitely judge the sisters because we saw season after season of them mistreating Traci. They are blaming the way they treated her on the "producers" when Traci talked about how she felt whether the cameras were rolling or not. I hope they take a break from tv again!
I know this isn’t part of this review but I’ve been binge watching all the seasons of BFV from the very first one and Traci wasn’t treated well by the sister’s (except Trina) and the mother. The mother would always show up to all the other sisters event’s but she didn’t seem supportive of Traci’s success. Idk how it was with the brother bc he would only do small appearances on the show but I have a feeling the mother wasn’t close to Traci and Michael Jr either. After rewatching the show several times, I really dislike the mom and Towanda the most. Towanda seems sneaky and fake. Tamar is just Tamar and Toni seems to let everything fly right over her head. Trina has always been a little airheaded but sweet. Traci was the realest one and thats why she was my favorite. I would never forget how she replied to my DM one time with a very sweet humble message thanking me for my support. Exactly!!! And her husband was saying the same thing Traci herself said from season one until the end of the season. Also Traci was mad because they didn’t speak up and fight for her as far as the record deal. And Towanda & company keep saying you couldn’t be signed to a deal in the ‘90s. 🙄 Well what about Tameka Scott from Xscape? She got pregnant but her sister stood up for her and said if her sister can’t stay in the group she wasn’t going to stay either. Smdh

I’ve been watching a lot of old clips here on TH-cam of the time they had their group with the three sisters and I noticed they didn’t even mention Traci in their interviews. Even when they were asked about the family and their musical talent, Traci wasn’t even mentioned. They even mentioned Michael but Traci’s name wasn’t even brought up. It was like out of sight out of mind. So I don’t care what anyone says about them being sisters and blah blah. Traci wasn’t faking her pain for the camera’s. Unlike her phony sisters, Traci always kept it real and you can tell she carried a lot of pain from the way she was treated. It wasn’t just about them leaving her behind when they started their group but also how they always mocked her and chastised on camera.

I’m with Tamar on this. However, this revival isn’t a good look…at all. Toni comes off as aloof, Towanda and Trina were the get fresh crew, and Trina’s husband doesn’t treat her well for the world to see. Then there’s Tamar on the outside, again. Based on what’s been coming out on the blogs and all these other videos, Towanda is coming off mad sketchy.

What’s baffling to me is that Traci was a married woman. Her husband and child was her immediate family, not her siblings and parents. By Traci being married, whatever her husband said or decided trumps everyone else options and ideas. The sisters overstep boundaries. Traci left her wishes with the attorney and that should’ve been honored. Thank God Traci had a will bc this would’ve been a huge mess. Sounds like Kevin Sr honored Traci wishes as far as the celebration of life ceremony. What was the difference between the service Kevin Sr held and The sisters? TH-camr ReallyBTv broke down the will and it makes sense why Kevin held his ceremony. Traci left what she had to who she wanted to. It was messed up that Kevin Sr was blindsided by the will. Anyone in their right mind would be upset by that. However, Traci had her reason(s) why she set her will up the way she did. Kevin was not wrong for being upset about the will. Why are the sisters fighting so hard to silence Kevin Sr? They don’t want him to spill the family secrets. He was there for Traci when her extended family ( parent (mom)and siblings) weren’t. Whatever issues Traci and Kevin had, Traci stayed with her husband.

The sisters, on the show, are lying about tracie's will. Wills, if not sealed, are public records. As a result of last weeks episode, Tracie's will has been made public. In her will, not only did she request a funeral, but she also gave specific instructions on what type of funeral she wanted. Contrary to what is being portrayed on the show, Tracie's husband, in addition to her son, are beneficiaries. Who is noticeably absence from tracie's will are her sisters and parents. That tell you how she really felt about them. The sisters, on the show, are making it seem that Tracie's husband did her wrong, and that's why they are mad at him and stopping from filming. But the reality may be that the truth about Tracie's will would have been revealed, thus destroying the narrative that they are trying to push.
You guys don’t know if that was the last will Traci had. It’s just one that was public. Her lawyer probably has a sealed will. Trina said she was present when Traci was recorded with her lawyer.

Lastly, and most importantly, the will that is public record was recorded a few months before traci's death. So the probability of there being another and secret will, and one that supercedes the one that she already submitted, is slim. if there was a secret will, why haven't they told us that on the show? They are purposely making it seem as though traci had one will. And if they would he deceptive about this, why wouldn't they be deceptive about having a recoding of traci?
After going through the will Kevin Sr. didn't violate Traci's wishes she just didnt want her body on display she did want a celebrationof life not a funeral. The will was revealed a few days ago. The sisters were not truthful. Traci did leave Kevin Sr. something and he was over her memorial service. According to what I saw, he did exactly what she asked. However, Traci did not leave the sisters anything nor even mention them in her will.
I wouldn’t expect her to leave them anything. That said, I wonder how much of this Tamar and Toni in particular, knew. It seems Towanda and Trina have been doing the heavy lifting and probably relayed the message and since they already didn’t like her husband, they probably just went with it.
Hopefully this is the last season of the braxtons!!! I don’t like how evil the sisters are towards Tracie’s husband when they all have been married and divorced!!! They making a big deal out of this whole will situation just because none of them cared for him to begin with!!!
I think men should be open to having vasectomies. If they don't want to have kids then they should take the steps to ensure that doesn't happen especially since it seems like many men do not like wearing condoms (I'm looking at all of the Love After Lockup couples). The burden of preventing pregnancy should not be solely on the woman in the situation. Oh and vasectomies are reversible. Lastly, if someone tells you they don't want kids respect it. Period. You don't need to question their decision or take it upon yourself as a personal challenge to try to convince them otherwise.

Ashley, most men aren't disciplined enough to wear a condom despite the fact they know they can impregnate someone. This is partly the reason our community has millions of disassembled households. Therefore, Von didn't overreach, in my opinion. Instead, he provided his stepsons some sage truths. Vasectomies can be reversed, and I applaud any man who takes ownership of the fact he doesn't want children and proactively takes responsibility for his fertility. As a Public Health RN, I rarely see this happen.

I feel like the last few seasons of Braxton Family Values were too real, and now The Braxtons feels overly produced. It seems like everyone is holding back, and the breaking of the fourth wall seems staged. For example, during the discussion about Tamar finding out about Traci, I noticed a change in MsE's expression, and then Tawanda abruptly left. The show now feels like it's heavily influenced by production, with Tamar's production logo even appearing in the end credits. It seems like there’s more going on between Tamar and Traci that’s not being addressed, likely because Traci isn’t present. While I understand the desire to express opinions on Traci’s last wishes, airing these thoughts on TV, where Kevin Sr. will see them months later, could damage or complicate the reconciliation process between him and his son. Additionally, Kevin Jr. is featured much more now than he was before, and he looks to be in a lot of pain. This increased focus on him feels uncomfortable and excessive

After seeing the will and seeing that Kevin Sr was left money, jewelry, etc. I dont think he's mad about Kevin Jr being executor of her estate per se. I think maybe he's not feeling how Kevin Jr is handling the estate. Even in some parts of the will Traci says Kevin Jr cant be in control of certain things until he is responsible enough to handle it.... I also dont like the false narrative the sisters are giving about Traci's will and Kevin Sr. That could be the reason they dont want him on the show because he could drop the real facts and show how they're not being truthful.

I totally agree with your review. I think this episode hit at real life things that trigger ppl that are watching…bc it’s real. It’s easy to attack and blame the sisters, bc of their hx on the show and what we see. Truth is what happened with them, happens in real life everyday with real ppl, fam dynamics be up and down, and leave ppl raw and uneasy. But,truth is we don’t know all these ppl’s feelings and lives. The will, is what it is, and no one was perfect or without fault, even Tracy. This is just a pic of how life is not predictable, nor black and white.
It’s hard to watch this season because you truly do not know what’s going on if we’re just getting these rears scenes and pieces of information there is no full story
I know that we talk a lot of ish about Tamar and her attitude but some reason I can agree with her on this episode. Trina didn’t have to bring up on the Traci and Tamar were at odds, that wasn’t the time or the place for that. Plus that was a year before she had passed and I’m pretty sure that they got over that hump. On Tamar being the last to know stuff, I can feel the same way on how Tamar feels. I’m the oldest in my family and I’m the last to know stuff. I don’t want to bring up astrology but Tamar is a Pisces like me and we can be over the top of being extremely emotional and sensitive. Maybe they were trying to protect her in that sense but it still hurts in the long run.
Basically the Braxtons did something non your career you don’t supposed to do. If Luther ask you to come back on tour you don’t decline but they declined to be with Toni and have Traci with them.

There were two sets of families. The Maryland family and everyone else. At the end of the day Traci has the most solid family out of all of them. Her husband loved her until her eyes permanently closed. Lil Kevin seems like the most down to earth grandchild. None of them had what she had even Mama E. She had a solid foundation and the best thing that happened to her was that she was left behind. She had the best life out of all of them genuine love and raised a good young man. I felt bad for Tamar as to find in your about Traci at the last minute. Ms. E don’t look well to me. She is forcing trying to move on. She literally has loved one man since a teenager and she’s in her 70’s. Maybe the next generation will find healthy love because I don’t see it for the sisters at this point. I can say I miss the old Braxton’s but the current Braxton’s remind me of my own family on both sides. Not my generation but my parents generation. Lastly, Towanda and Trina’s children appear to be off. They don’t seem happy.
That is not true if you read the court documents of her Wheels which is public knowledge she never said that she didn't want a memorial or a funeral she said she didn't want her sorority to give her a funeral because in her sorority when sorority members passed they give a funeral he didn't mind if Kevin and her son gave her a memorial and they did that her body was in there it was just more of a a celebration of her life in the system did not go to it but it said in her will that her husband and her son was to choose how she looked for her funeral before she was cremated and to do a memorial service for her and they did that and she did leave her husband stuff it's just that her son is in charge of her likeness but she left stuff to her husband so the sisters are lying about what was done and what was said because it's public knowledge you can go look it up her last will and testament
This episode was real deep. I felt so bad for Tamar. I could tell they didn't want to embarrass her by telling her the truth. She was uncomfortable and I could tell she felt like an outsider. Smh that was hard to watch and it honestly hurt me to my core. What did make me smile was "Scratchy" being excited to be around his family and the love that he felt. I pray God blesses him and keeps him.

You can definitely see how sad Tamar was and how much she felt like and outsider. I feel like Towanda purposely boasts her closeness to her other sisters in front of Tamar to make her feel jealous or ostracized . Towanda is a Virgo and Virgos are very calculated with everything they do. The sisters are very selfish. Kevin Sr was married to Traci for how ever many years. The memorial service was a place to offer closure for the family and friends. This man deserves some closure. Nobody knows what happened in their marriage but them.

Us fans are mad that Trina and Towanda are reveling in and fueling the spat between a father and son when Kevin Sr is the only parent Kevin Jr has left. Kevin Jr is obviously a little delayed and slow, and Traci may have wanted him to grow up but I doubt a mom wanted her son and husband to have a strained relationship.
He’s not delayed stop putting that out there. He suffers from Juvenile idiopathic arthritis that’s why he acts the way he does plus he’s always been quiet and shy. Also, they’re sticking up for their nephew. His mother did what she felt needed to be done and left everything to “HER SON” as her only child and as close as they were I’m honestly not surprised she left it all to him. Kevin Jr said out his mouth that she was leaving everything to him years before she even was sick! We don’t know what went on in that marriage. So again I’m assuming she did what she did for a valid reason and instead of supporting his son she essentially pushes his son away because he’s mad his mother left everything to him tf kind of father/man is that on top of that Kevin jr is losing his own family but instead of focusing on fighting for his family and grieving his mother he’s battling it out with his dad over money GTFOH. Vasectomy is reversible. If a couple isn't ready to have children, I think this is a viable option and gives grace to the woman's body. Hormonal birth control still takes a toll on her body. Men don't have to contend with the affects of that at all, and sometimes they dont fully appreciate the ramifications. I wish more men thought this way.

Rewatch the episode please. When that was mentioned, Traci said that she was on the phone with Towanda and Trina…not Tamar. Tamar is an easy target but she wasn’t on that call per what we saw.
I have a friend who’s dad passed away and while he was living my friend felt like his dad hated him. He felt like his dad only cared about his step mom. Well when the dad died the wife got nothing but 6 months to find a new place to live. This man had everything written out in great detail. The son, who thought his dad hated him got multiple houses (which he nothing about), cars, an insane amount of money and only God knows what else. No body can say why Traci did what she did. It’s really not for anyone to question. I’m sure Kev, Sr. is hurt but it is what it is. My heart goes out to everyone. This show was a bad idea.

Lmaoo when she said her parents set a good example I started choking on my blunt. Ma'am you will not re-write history and play in our faces. The mother for years/seasons could not control her facial expressions. "Layin it low and spreadin it wide" still lives in my head. It seemed like there were times they made some progress and then she would regress back to bitter.

Also the will said that jr can only have certain control when the courts fill he is ready , but she did leave her husband and her grandkids something. Thank you. Ashley is sweet, but she seems completely unaware of what’s really going on. She’s romanticizing the Braxtons from what we saw and they portrayed way back when the show first started a bit, but the veil has been lifted. They, namely Towanda, Ms. E and sadly Trina, are using Kevin Jr and triangulating his relationship with his dad so they can control Traci’s likeness through him and grab a bag or two.
This week it seemed faker than the other episodes.. but they didn’t have these interactions with her while she was alive Towanda is doing a lot and when she went off she looked real evil and scary!! I want to see more of the sisters storyline because we haven’t seen it yet!!

She was also very dismissive to her quite often, esp when she was upset, like at that Napa Valley dinner. I like Toni, but that doesn’t make me blind to her wrongdoings.

Traci’s Will was read on TH-cam and the sisters are not correct about the memorial service. Traci wanted a memorial and put Kevin Sr and Kevin Jr in charge of the memorial. She also did leave some stuff to Kevin Sr but left the most to Jr.
Towanda and Trina played semantics. They said he wanted to have a funeral and they wanted a memorial. It seems they disagreed on the brass tacks.

What people fail to keep mentioning is Kevin Sr is her husband of over 29years they were not divorced ever! So regardless of a will Kevin Sr. Would be entitled to some stuff. She left most of the stuff to Kevin Jr. because it makes the most sense Sr. Is grown and can take care of his self but she knew Jr need that head start to stand on his own.

Honestly, when it comes to a will, a spouse is not entitled to anything. IF the deceased decides not to leave them anything, that’s what it is. It’s not like a divorce. That’s why wills and estate planning is so important so assets are distributed…no matter what anybody feels.
I feel like the sisters are pump faking their outrage, hoping we forget how THEY treated their sister. We can't judge her marriage because her marriage wasn't depicted on the show. We can most definitely judge the sisters because we saw season after season of them mistreating Traci. They are blaming the way they treated her on the "producers" when Traci talked about how she felt whether the cameras were rolling or not. I hope they take a break from tv again!
I know this isn’t part of this review but I’ve been binge watching all the seasons of BFV from the very first one and Traci wasn’t treated well by the sister’s (except Trina) and the mother. The mother would always show up to all the other sisters event’s but she didn’t seem supportive of Traci’s success. Idk how it was with the brother bc he would only do small appearances on the show but I have a feeling the mother wasn’t close to Traci and Michael Jr either. After rewatching the show several times, I really dislike the mom and Towanda the most. Towanda seems sneaky and fake. Tamar is just Tamar and Toni seems to let everything fly right over her head. Trina has always been a little airheaded but sweet. Traci was the realest one and thats why she was my favorite. I would never forget how she replied to my DM one time with a very sweet humble message thanking me for my support. I don’t think Traci knew how loved she was 😢 I miss you sweet Tra Tra 😞 RIP beautiful 🕊️🤍🕊️

Exactly!!! And her husband was saying the same thing Traci herself said from season one until the end of the season. Also Traci was mad because they didn’t speak up and fight for her as far as the record deal. And Towanda & company keep saying you couldn’t be signed to a deal in the ‘90s. 🙄 Well what about Tameka Scott from Xscape? She got pregnant but her sister stood up for her and said if her sister can’t stay in the group she wasn’t going to stay either. Smdh

I’ve been watching a lot of old clips here on TH-cam of the time they had their group with the three sisters and I noticed they didn’t even mention Traci in their interviews. Even when they were asked about the family and their musical talent, Traci wasn’t even mentioned. They even mentioned Michael but Traci’s name wasn’t even brought up. It was like out of sight out of mind. So I don’t care what anyone says about them being sisters and blah blah. Traci wasn’t faking her pain for the camera’s. Unlike her phony sisters, Traci always kept it real and you can tell she carried a lot of pain from the way she was treated. It wasn’t just about them leaving her behind when they started their group but also how they always mocked her and chastised on camera.

I’m with Tamar on this. However, this revival isn’t a good look…at all. Toni comes off as aloof, Towanda and Trina were the get fresh crew, and Trina’s husband doesn’t treat her well for the world to see. Then there’s Tamar on the outside, again. What’s baffling to me is that Traci was a married woman. Her husband and child was her immediate family, not her siblings and parents. By Traci being married, whatever her husband said or decided trumps everyone else options and ideas. The sisters overstep boundaries. Traci left her wishes with the attorney and that should’ve been honored. Thank God Traci had a will bc this would’ve been a huge mess. Sounds like Kevin Sr honored Traci wishes as far as the celebration of life ceremony. What was the difference between the service Kevin Sr held and The sisters? TH-camr ReallyBTv broke down the will and it makes sense why Kevin held his ceremony. Traci left what she had to who she wanted to. It was messed up that Kevin Sr was blindsided by the will. Anyone in their right mind would be upset by that. However, Traci had her reason(s) why she set her will up the way she did. Kevin was not wrong for being upset about the will. Why are the sisters fighting so hard to silence Kevin Sr? They don’t want him to spill the family secrets. He was there for Traci when her extended family ( parent (mom)and siblings) weren’t. Whatever issues Traci and Kevin had, Traci stayed with her husband.

The sisters, on the show, are lying about tracie's will. Wills, if not sealed, are public records. As a result of last weeks episode, Tracie's will has been made public. In her will, not only did she request a funeral, but she also gave specific instructions on what type of funeral she wanted. Contrary to what is being portrayed on the show, Tracie's husband, in addition to her son, are beneficiaries. Who is noticeably absence from tracie's will are her sisters and parents. That tell you how she really felt about them. The sisters, on the show, are making it seem that Tracie's husband did her wrong, and that's why they are mad at him and stopping from filming. But the reality may be that the truth about Tracie's will would have been revealed, thus destroying the narrative that they are trying to push.
You guys don’t know if that was the last will Traci had. It’s just one that was public. Her lawyer probably has a sealed will. Trina said she was present when Traci was recorded with her lawyer.

Lastly, and most importantly, the will that is public record was recorded a few months before traci's death. So the probability of there being another and secret will, and one that supercedes the one that she already submitted, is slim. if there was a secret will, why haven't they told us that on the show? They are purposely making it seem as though traci had one will. And if they would he deceptive about this, why wouldn't they be deceptive about having a recoding of traci?

The will was revealed a few days ago. The sisters were not truthful. Traci did leave Kevin Sr. something and he was over her memorial service. According to what I saw, he did exactly what she asked. However, Traci did not leave the sisters anything nor even mention them in her will.
I wouldn’t expect her to leave them anything. That said, I wonder how much of this Tamar and Toni in particular, knew. It seems Towanda and Trina have been doing the heavy lifting and probably relayed the message and since they already didn’t like her husband, they probably just went with it.

I think men should be open to having vasectomies. If they don't want to have kids then they should take the steps to ensure that doesn't happen especially since it seems like many men do not like wearing condoms (I'm looking at all of the Love After Lockup couples). The burden of preventing pregnancy should not be solely on the woman in the situation. Oh and vasectomies are reversible. Lastly, if someone tells you they don't want kids respect it. Period. You don't need to question their decision or take it upon yourself as a personal challenge to try to convince them otherwise.

Ashley, most men aren't disciplined enough to wear a condom despite the fact they know they can impregnate someone. This is partly the reason our community has millions of disassembled households. Therefore, Von didn't overreach, in my opinion. Instead, he provided his stepsons some sage truths. Vasectomies can be reversed, and I applaud any man who takes ownership of the fact he doesn't want children and proactively takes responsibility for his fertility. As a Public Health RN, I rarely see this happen.

I feel like the last few seasons of Braxton Family Values were too real, and now The Braxtons feels overly produced. It seems like everyone is holding back, and the breaking of the fourth wall seems staged. For example, during the discussion about Tamar finding out about Traci, I noticed a change in MsE's expression, and then Tawanda abruptly left. The show now feels like it's heavily influenced by production, with Tamar's production logo even appearing in the end credits.
It seems like there’s more going on between Tamar and Traci that’s not being addressed, likely because Traci isn’t present. While I understand the desire to express opinions on Traci’s last wishes, airing these thoughts on TV, where Kevin Sr. will see them months later, could damage or complicate the reconciliation process between him and his son. Additionally, Kevin Jr. is featured much more now than he was before, and he looks to be in a lot of pain. This increased focus on him feels uncomfortable and excessive

After seeing the will and seeing that Kevin Sr was left money, jewelry, etc. I dont think he's mad about Kevin Jr being executor of her estate per se. I think maybe he's not feeling how Kevin Jr is handling the estate. Even in some parts of the will Traci says Kevin Jr cant be in control of certain things until he is responsible enough to handle it.... I also dont like the false narrative the sisters are giving about Traci's will and Kevin Sr. That could be the reason they dont want him on the show because he could drop the real facts and show how they're not being truthful.

I totally agree with your review. I think this episode hit at real life things that trigger ppl that are watching…bc it’s real. It’s easy to attack and blame the sisters, bc of their hx on the show and what we see. Truth is what happened with them, happens in real life everyday with real ppl, fam dynamics be up and down, and leave ppl raw and uneasy. But,truth is we don’t know all these ppl’s feelings and lives. The will, is what it is, and no one was perfect or without fault, even Tracy. This is just a pic of how life is not predictable, nor black and white.
It’s hard to watch this season because you truly do not know what’s going on if we’re just getting these rears scenes and pieces of information there is no full story

You should hear how crazy he talks when they do the live after show.
I know that we talk a lot of ish about Tamar and her attitude but some reason I can agree with her on this episode. Trina didn’t have to bring up on the Traci and Tamar were at odds, that wasn’t the time or the place for that. Plus that was a year before she had passed and I’m pretty sure that they got over that hump. On Tamar being the last to know stuff, I can feel the same way on how Tamar feels. I’m the oldest in my family and I’m the last to know stuff. I don’t want to bring up astrology but Tamar is a Pisces like me and we can be over the top of being extremely emotional and sensitive. Maybe they were trying to protect her in that sense but it still hurts in the long run.
Basically the Braxtons did something non your career you don’t supposed to do. If Luther ask you to come back on tour you don’t decline but they declined to be with Toni and have Traci with them.

There were two sets of families. The Maryland family and everyone else. At the end of the day Traci has the most solid family out of all of them. Her husband loved her until her eyes permanently closed. Lil Kevin seems like the most down to earth grandchild. None of them had what she had even Mama E. She had a solid foundation and the best thing that happened to her was that she was left behind. She had the best life out of all of them genuine love and raised a good young man. I felt bad for Tamar as to find in your about Traci at the last minute. Ms. E don’t look well to me. She is forcing trying to move on. She literally has loved one man since a teenager and she’s in her 70’s. Maybe the next generation will find healthy love because I don’t see it for the sisters at this point. I can say I miss the old Braxton’s but the current Braxton’s remind me of my own family on both sides. Not my generation but my parents generation. Lastly, Towanda and Trina’s children appear to be off. They don’t seem happy.
That is not true if you read the court documents of her Wheels which is public knowledge she never said that she didn't want a memorial or a funeral she said she didn't want her sorority to give her a funeral because in her sorority when sorority members passed they give a funeral he didn't mind if Kevin and her son gave her a memorial and they did that her body was in there it was just more of a a celebration of her life in the system did not go to it but it said in her will that her husband and her son was to choose how she looked for her funeral before she was cremated and to do a memorial service for her and they did that and she did leave her husband stuff it's just that her son is in charge of her likeness but she left stuff to her husband so the sisters are lying about what was done and what was said because it's public knowledge you can go look it up her last will and testament

This episode was real deep. I felt so bad for Tamar. I could tell they didn't want to embarrass her by telling her the truth. She was uncomfortable and I could tell she felt like an outsider. Smh that was hard to watch and it honestly hurt me to my core. What did make me smile was "Scratchy" being excited to be around his family and the love that he felt. I pray God blesses him and keeps him.

You can definitely see how sad Tamar was and how much she felt like and outsider. I feel like Towanda purposely boasts her closeness to her other sisters in front of Tamar to make her feel jealous or ostracized . Towanda is a Virgo and Virgos are very calculated with everything they do. She knows exactly what she is doing and I feel is gaslighting Tamar and using her immature behavior/delivery as a means to invalidate her truth.
@@humbled92_Mister facts the sisters used to leave Tamar and look what happened when she was a kid. Even through that Tamar carried the torch after Toni to create the show and shine the light and share the money and fame with her family. Look how many famous celebrities sisters no one cares about but Tamar invested in her family. They literally made Tamar the sacrificial lamb only because Tamar was getting mad money and fame and couldn’t behave like Jesus. Of COURSE with what all Tamar went threw she was gonna have behavioral issues especially with her family throwing stones at her. Tamar was SUPPOSED to be the first Braxton to be sacrificed but somehow she dodged death. Some of her family members were wishing it on Tamar. Tamar may be cray cray but I believe the MOsT spiritual in the family. They are now starting to see Tamar powers.
@@kirikouPrince she's a Pisces. They are very spiritual. I do not support her antics AT ALL, but I do believe she is genuine and has a good heart. Towanda is the ringleader of the family and because she don't mess with Tamar, she will make sure Noone else does. It's the micro-aggressions. The small jabs. That's how she works. Tamar lays it all out, good bad or indifferent. She is a mess sometimes but she is real. Towanda uses that against her to reframe the narrative. God bless this family, in Jesus Name, Amen.

Yeah, I did a rewatch last month (August 2024) and she did call him Scratchy.
I think everyone plays a part in this.. but I am not team anyone because this is TV.. entertainment.. and there is some embellishments on all parts… at the end of the day .. I think they all agree to the sh!t show for a check. 🤷🏿♀️

It’s something more Deep about Kevin Sr and the sisters relationship, because from what people is saying Traci wanted a celebration of life but not a funeral like caskets and pallbearers, but he was dead ass wrong for doing a live feed for Traci memorial.
And I really think Traci left everything to Kevin Jr because she wanted him to be the man she knew he would be and show the world. I’m in the middle and I can see both sides

The sisters are very selfish. Kevin Sr was married to Traci for how ever many years. The memorial service was a place to offer closure for the family and friends. This man deserves some closure. Nobody knows what happened in their marriage but them.

Us fans are mad that Trina and Towanda are reveling in and fueling the spat between a father and son when Kevin Sr is the only parent Kevin Jr has left. Kevin Jr is obviously a little delayed and slow, and Traci may have wanted him to grow up but I doubt a mom wanted her son and husband to have a strained relationship.
He’s not delayed stop putting that out there. He suffers from Juvenile idiopathic arthritis that’s why he acts the way he does plus he’s always been quiet and shy. Also, they’re sticking up for their nephew. His mother did what she felt needed to be done and left everything to “HER SON” as her only child and as close as they were I’m honestly not surprised she left it all to him. Kevin Jr said out his mouth that she was leaving everything to him years before she even was sick! We don’t know what went on in that marriage. Traci did what she did for a reason and it’s not up to Kevin Jr to make his dad understand that. Kevin Sir low down for guilt tripping his son for actions that his mother made way before she passed. Maybe he wasn’t as good of a husband as he’s put on. They did a whole boot camp show where she literally says he spends money that he’s not supposed to spend I.e Traci money and always out of town with his boys and leaving Traci behind. So again I’m assuming she did what she did for a valid reason and instead of supporting his son she essentially pushes his son away because he’s mad his mother left everything to him tf kind of father/man is that on top of that Kevin jr is losing his own family but instead of focusing on fighting for his family and grieving his mother he’s battling it out with his dad over money GTFOH. As his aunties they suppose to stand 10 toes behind their nephew. Like Kevin jr said he was born into that family his dad married into it big difference.

I know Tamar is ALOT, but I can see why she is withdrawn and mostly in the background when it comes to this messy ass show.
You can see the sadness in her eyes during the bday party. She loves her family, but understands she is shunned.
Trinas drinking also has tk do with what is going on in her house also with that man but she so busy in her sisters business

Vasectomy is reversible. If a couple isn't ready to have children, I think this is a viable option and gives grace to the woman's body. Hormonal birth control still takes a toll on her body. Men don't have to contend with the affects of that at all, and sometimes they dont fully appreciate the ramifications. I wish more men thought this way.

I don't feel sorry for Tamar. Everyone seemed to forget how bad she treated Traci and she even told Traci she was dead to her. Now she acting like she loved her so much. She's a nut case.
Rewatch the episode please. When that was mentioned, Traci said that she was on the phone with Towanda and Trina…not Tamar. Tamar is an easy target but she wasn’t on that call per what we saw.
I tried watching this show for the first time this season but I couldn't get into it...boring

I have a friend who’s dad passed away and while he was living my friend felt like his dad hated him. He felt like his dad only cared about his step mom. Well when the dad died the wife got nothing but 6 months to find a new place to live. This man had everything written out in great detail. The son, who thought his dad hated him got multiple houses (which he nothing about), cars, an insane amount of money and only God knows what else.
No body can say why Traci did what she did. It’s really not for anyone to question. I’m sure Kev, Sr. is hurt but it is what it is. My heart goes out to everyone.
This show was a bad idea.
