Gwate/pate is a Northern Nigeria dish and it is prepared with alot of vegetables. below are the ingredients used in preparing my gwate
_ Spinach
_ Cabbage
_ Spring onion
_ Garden egg
_ Sorrel leaf
_ palm oil
_ Salt
_ knorr
_ Pepper
