You didn't show anything about the most important part of a parking garage...the parking. I guess I misunderstood the video, I thought it would be about setting up parking to automatically adjust when you adjusted th building
Parking is a bit to complex to be created automatically, you have to keep in mind the construction of the building, the approach to all of the parking spaces, the flow of traffic trough the building... I don't think there is a software that could take all of those things into consideration. But with ai technology, who knows, maybe we will be seeing that in the future 🙂

Hi Balkan, i tried to put louvers on the ramp but Revit only lets me assign it to level 1, 2, 3 etc. how can I have louvers going between the ramps?

If you have arquitree cars use the workplanebased version
select car, pick host, select ramp
