Test is a simple sample size 1 of PPU 223 Rem brass. Test anneal, size , test anneal, to see if any changes occur. I may do repeat this test but using a full length sizing die instead of a Lee collet die to see if any changes occur.
    Results -
    Test Anneal - 49%, 4.7 seconds
Test Anneal after sizing with Lee collet die - 49% 5.1 seconds
Can't formulate a solid conclusion from a sample size of 1, but something to note is that if you're the type to anneal, size, anneal, that your anneal time will potentially require adjustments.

What does the percentage mean ?

If you go on their website, their description is - "Our machines detect with advanced smart sensors and our unique software when brass cases differ significantly from one another in the neck and shoulder area. "
The sensors displays the results in percentages which Quick Anneal says it's supposed to represent the of recrystallization of brass or something (via email) but honestly I have no idea if it's true. I basically just ignore the percentages because there doesn't seem to be a major change in the percentages for the most part unless you mix in some different caliber cases (like a 223 case followed by a 308 case without adjusting the height).
To this date still don't know whether or not culling the brass using that sort function really affect much of anything because my group sizes don't change even when I don't cull the cases that the annealer alerts as being an anomaly.
I basically treat this as a simple height adjustable induction annealer that doesn't require sacrificing a case.
