If you are going for building permission they will collect both LRS and building permission charges. once permission is issued you have to construct building else it will valid of 1 year or so
@@mohammadmusthafa8778 Good response above. Couple of questions PLZ if you can assist 1. Can a plot which does not have LRS be sold ? i.e., will the registration happen 2. A plot owner who has not done LRS till now what are his options ? Plot owner has to wait until Govt announces next round of application? if at all they open another round of course
