R6bbie, cooker temp is at 4:53 (240) in the video. Meat temp (160_is at 5:31 in the vide. I cooked these 3 hours and 25 minutes. They were fairly large meatloafs. Hope this helps.

Looked excellent, you never mentioned how long you cooked them for and at what temp?

I've used hickory. Pecan is also good but I haven't tried it on meatloaf yet.
so why not use a drip pan?
