    R6bbie, cooker temp is at 4:53 (240) in the video. Meat temp (160_is at 5:31 in the vide. I cooked these 3 hours and 25 minutes. They were fairly large meatloafs. Hope this helps.

    Looks delicious!! Could you suggest something to use besides Ketchup? I hate traditional ketchup. BBQ sauce instead? Thanks

    looks delicious can't wait to try this on my Weber mountain smoker...what kind of wood flavor did you smoke? I was thinking maybe pecan wood might taste good.

      I've used hickory. Pecan is also good but I haven't tried it on meatloaf yet.

    so why not use a drip pan?
