@@BestCarFixes the small brown and white wire on the resistor plug, is that the same wire that comes from the negative side of the battery? I think my problem is the main battery. I'm gonna have it tested today.
Update, I have a 2015 gl450. Ac blower wasn't working, I replaced blower motor and regulator still didn't fix it. I just replaced main battery under passenger seat and now my ac works. Hope this helps.
Problem came back, blower stopped working again. Under carpet in passenger front side there is a white plug, the larger red wire is a common thing to partially come out of plug. I cleaned the wire and reconnected it in plug and now it's working again.
On the early production 2012-2013 has another connector under passenger seat and it is most likely melted.

I had the same problem, there was no air blown, after reconnecting wire harnesses problem solved
