I am now subscribed for 2 reasons: 1. Psych S:2 Ep 1 caused me to search this recipe and I can only find your video. 2. I am living in a hotel and I am trying to be as cheap as possible so I am trying to use free convenience store condiment packets for everything and when I saw your organized drawer of condiment packets my jaw dropped and I just felt like the only true path forward was to subscribe.
I'm not convinced the baguette is a good choice. Baguettes are such a pain to bite into and chew, and maybe the bottom slice will soften up a bit over the two hours, but the top slice will not. I do like the idea of this sandwich though, and will give it a try sometime (though with a different bread). It's kind of like regular tuna salad, but possibly tastier.
Soooo....why take the sandwiches in an insulated lunch bag when you brought it back to your "apartment"? Why not just put it/them into the fridge and eat them when you're back home? 😂😂😂😂
There is no such thing as the Sandwich Police. The only person who can stop you is yourself if you did it once and it sucked. Which I don’t think is gonna happen.
Let's go, Frankie!
I usually make my tuna sandwiches with mayonnaise. But I can see the practicality of vinegar and olive oil for warm weather. I must try it.
❤ What a fantastic sandwich for anytime. Thanx, Chef Frankie Celenza for another great one.

Lol im watching your show on tv and it's on adds rn and now im here 😂❤
This looks so good tho. Tuna without the typical mayo?? I'm in
$3 for a tuna sandwich 🥴 2023 prices are going to be the death of me
But why did you carry it to the beach, only to carry it back home to eat?
To see how they do when you transport them.
Same thing I asked 😂.
Cause he walked off set and back on 🤣
😂😂😂

Try ciabatta-same crumb, softer crust.
skip the tomato and do boiled potato instead

Because its a tv show.... he didn't actually go to the beach
Instead of olives can I just use crushed up fresh bacon bits and pickled onions? I don't really like all of that much
Might be unconventional, but still sounds good. I think Frankie would approve.

As Marco Pierre White would say, it's your choice.
