how do you remove the colour behidn a decall so it's not forced to be a square, i'm trying to get quixel decals to work but cant figure it out.

Where in UEFN is the thing where you can write those bullet points that show when loading a map, usually theres about 3 of them where you write the highlights of your map and its features?

you can only customize those in the fortnite creator portal just before publishing a map.

Is there an official Fortnite spray/decal/graffiti device that a player character can use?

Theres a decal device with basic preset textures, but if you want to add custom decals you need this
