Awesome interview and I'm looking to getting my first one in August. Unlike some of the other ice machines out there, this one is a no-brainer. No employees, no running back and forth to add salt to the filtration system and routine maintenance!
I can’t wait to try this business venture . I’ll only do it at the speed of cash though . Not because of anything to do with Everest but that’s where I am and where my risk adverse I am .
Looking forward to getting our machines any day now!!! Great interview and helpful reassurance that we made the right choice in regards to the industry partner and side gig! Thank you for sharing!!
great video, also agree background music was too high. Also wondering what type of equipment is needed to move machine from one location to another. I am assuming tilt trailer and electric pallet mule
Thank you for the feedback. We will make sure next time the music is lower to make sure it doesn't interfere with the great content. As for moving the machine from location to location, it can be moved with something as simple as a trailer and a pallet jack. If you have any more questions, set up an appointment with one of our equipment specialists who can assist you further. You can do that here: everesticeandwater.com/contact-us

That depends on the owner. Some owners winterize their machines or other's keep them running during the winter. Everest offers an All-Weather Package that allows you to continue running your machine during the colder months.
@@EverestIceandWater So my next question would be how much is the avg drop in revenue during winter months...I'm dure it varies from location to location - but do you have an aggregate range?
We don't have a aggregate range as it ranges from location to location. Some customers experience the same level of success throughout the year, others can fluctuate by season.

Re: Basecamp
Does this system work on wireless Wi-Fi to transmit data to cell phone or other wireless devices?
At this time no, it works with 4G LTE. We are working on getting wifi coverage to work but do not have a time table at this time.
