Very realistic responses! It's not a crazy industry with high profit margins as most folk are making it out to be online. Rather passive & location reliant as most vending industries are. Thanks for uplaoding! Very useful.
I have a machine in a bad location and I have to say, this interview encouraged me to make some calls about relocating it to a local beach. Got some active conversations going as we speak. Thanks for the inspiration and keep up the great work!
He said he's got locations on parks & beaches. Even if they're odd spots, considering they're placed in tourist areas it'd be same to assume it's they're per machine.
I am interested in starting an ice vending route in Florida. No where near Steve. Much farther south. I have a lot more questions than you asked of Steve. I was wondering if there is anyway I could get in contact with Steve for more info, maybe spend some time with him for more knowledge. I understand his time is valuable so I am willing to compensate for his time and knowledge.
Hey, @andys2347 If you are interested, I have a brand new machine that needs a home. I am here in Florida also. Let me know if you are still interested.
There's no such thing as true passive income. If he runs his construction business while it sells ice and water all day, I don't think he'll mind changing some filters. We just got our first machine and its going live in the spring and I run a landscape business so if it makes money while I'm mowing, I'll take it all day long even if I have to replace filters and clean the machine.

Any update?
Update?
Awesome interview with great information! One thing I’m not sure of is the $2500 a month profit. Is that per machine or total for all four? Thanks!

Do you know the manufacturer's brand or model so you can see it here in Brazil? (the smallest machine)
Not sure the specific model but the brand was Everest.
Passive... but with lots of maintenance and checking in.
Really, how so? I would like to know more before I jump into this venture.

@@terry2211 you need to make sure no one broke into the machine and it runs with water and water can cause lots of problems.
Nice interview maybe i can get a SBA loan or something else
Thanks for watching!
