Thank you for watching!
I have a 2017 RS with KN and catback exhaust really opens up the car
Dope!!!
I really need to get a new truck, but I'm so tempted to grab one of these.
I need to drive one because I really love small and Light, and I feel like even though this thing is a million times better than my Fiesta ST, I won't have as much fun chucking it around.
Plus it draws a lot of attention by the cops. When me and my Mustang buddy are tearing up the roads, the cops always go after him, even though I'm the far more aggressive driver.
Tempting..........
Yeah, the Fiesta ST is definitely alot of fun to drive on the streets, which gives it the edge over the Camaro. I think the Camaro V6 1LE is a good car for an entry point into performance track driving. And because of that it has such high limits, specifically mechanical grip, where you can't really utilize on the streets.
@@MikeDrives that's exactly what I'm talking about. Some people dont have mechanical sympathy, and dont enjoy feeling the road and the vehicle coming together to overpower physics to the extent they are capable, and they never get to enjoy being the, as Clarkson put it, squidgy organic bit, bringing them together.
I love that 1le package though. I've never been a big Chevy fan but between that and the c8, they have really stepped up.
I love this car
a little more spirit from you would be nice but i love this car
Is engine loud? Or weird? Kind of like a nail or small rock chip on the tire that kind of sound
If you are just cruising, it's not that loud. But if you push it past 5,000 RPM, the engine will sing. You can check out the acceleration here: th-cam.com/video/vBxIKVXHUZA/w-d-xo.html. Hopefully I answered your question. Let me know if you have a question on a specific timestamp in the video, and I'll do my best to clarify. Thanks!
you think the npp active exhaust is louder?because i have it on my 2018 v6 1lt non rs.thanks
There's definitely a difference in sound level compared to non npp exhaust. And it sounds especially good under full throttle in the upper power band!
I got a all red 1LT but this is 🔥 might get mine repainted black
Did you repaint it? I have a '23 in black. My baby boy looks stunning when he's clean for 5 mins.
I'm a Camaro girl, so my Camaro is a boy 😅 jsyk.
Any issues with the car? I ordered a 2024
Sorry I can't give you an answer since the car in the video was a rental. I want to say congrats and cherish yours because GM is discontinuing the Camaros at the end of 2024 model year.
WARNING: Headphone users will have their head explode at 02:05
Is that stock exhaust?
What’s the color on on the hood? Satan black..
yep!
Canto Mike Can you do a review or kind of a walkthrough on the car.
The Camaro is not my car. Unfortunately I don't have any other footage of this car. But if I can find an owner who will kindly let me film in it, I could potentially do a review video!
How are these? Are they slow? Thinking about getting a 2020 or a 2011 SS
0-60 on the V6 is about low 5 seconds. Certainly not slow or mind blowing fast.
Nice sounds fast enough!
Nice sounds fast enough!
@@TheJiggs666 same 0-60 as the 2010-11 ss
Ended up with a 2011 Camaro 2SS. 41k miles and it was a 1 car owner, no accidents. It's a beast.
Where to buy?
You could probably look for the 2018 Chevy Camaro V6 1LE on some dealerships. Now would be a good time since the year is ending and you might find a good deal. Also, if you want this Camaro look you can only find them for 2017 and 2018 since Chevy did a new facelift for 2019. Let me know if you have any other questions, I'll be happy to answer them. Good luck man!
Canto Mike Do I go to a dealership and ask for a V6 1le and they will send it to them
I don't know if they are still making the 2018 Camaro V6 with the 1LE package. You'll have to contact some Chevy dealerships and ask them. Also, they don't make alot of V6 Camaros with the 1LE. Good luck!
Can you change the light color on the lights on top of the radio
I think you can by going into the "Lighting" setting in the infotainment system. Not sure this lighting setting is associated with a specific trim.
Can you please tell me what purpose this video serves?
What purpose does this question serve?
This isn’t a 1le
Yes it is. 1:03 he puts the car into Track mode (3rd option).
1) Tour
2) Sport
3) Track
Trevor Stillman nope is sport, tour and ice jajajaja I have the same car only ss and top models have track mode ✌🏽🤙🏽
Sicario games - clearly you didnt snapshot the image at 1:03 and zoom in , Its tour sport and track. This is the 1LE as shown by the wrapped satin black hood.
This is the dumbest video I have ever seen posted on TH-cam period in my entire life no. You are driving a base model Camaro. 4 cylinder, and you're acting like it's an SS. Please
It’s not a base model
Is that stock exhaust?
Yes, stock exhaust :)
Mike Drives sounds great for stock.
Edgar Grimaldo 1 It’s the dual-mode exhaust man! Obviously it sounds good for a factory exhaust! It’s a beast!
