She keeps using the word "offensive wounds" on the hands instead of "defensive wounds" making it out like the victim through punches. I'm thinking she threw her hands back and hit the window. We've all done it on the sides of things. Turn quick and slam your hand into the refrigerator or washer, drier. Maybe that's what he meant by "offensive wound".
I think she was doing that so she then Could say that he didn't have any marks on him like bruises. She was trying to be slick but he caught on and shut it down. Lol
She acts so smart but she says I Believe multiple time’s
At the end of the day im gonna say this, as someone who has driven for lyft and has been in the night life before, check on your people! Even if you don't know someone! If you see someone try to get into your lyft. Stop, figure out what car they need to be in. We need to do better as human beings. I hope the driver of the silver Nissan sees this and it haunts them. let them get in, it might just save their life, worst case scenario you lose some money. and to all you club goers. If you see a lady standing by herself and shes looks drunk or clueless, ask her if she needs help!
Is this entire portion of the trial blacked out?
I believe the trial is over, now goes to jury.
@@kelseymathias3881 thanks yes I know that hon. Well tomorrow I think will be closing arguments, then jury instructions, then deliberations probably by Wednesday/Thursday. I missed some of the testimony today. It appears L&C has this portion of today’s trial blacked out (maybe because of autopsy pics) I did find today’s case on another channel (watching now) that’s showing the witnesses. Thanks again
@@sherireedy329 you're welcome; yes, the autopsy photos were visible only to the jury on the YT channel I was watching. I was glad to not have to look at something that I could never unsee. I'm still unclear about the DNA evidence.
Young officer behind him has his mask like his. Hanging below the nose
defensive breathing 😁

He is claiming his car was stolen that night and then returned the next day. Lol
