Rueven glass is not made in Israel it’s made in New Jersey. It’s similar to a glass made in Israel by a company called Llaint or Kera Suchit is another Israeli artist.

Look up the items that they put a pretty high price on the goodwill looks a lot of items and if they have a pretty good price it’s more then likely worth quite a bit !!like the ostrich eggs

Speaking of Canadian Pottery... on TH-cam i got an ad for a show on CCC to be called The Great Canadian Pottery Showdown! These contest shows are amazing to learn about the techiques and skills but they usually include the history of the craft in that area. And for anyone who has not seen it Netflix has several seasons of Blown Away about glass blowers, upcoming names etc. Just thought id share these tidbits for when you run out things watch!
This new Goodwill looks awesome! Someone mentioned in the comments about the "At Home" sticker you found, and that the items are from the At Home store. She is right. We have one in Henderson that is just south of St. Rose Hospital. It is a great store, warehouse style with just about everything for home decor you could imagine. They carry rugs, furniture, artwork, clocks, pillows, storage, pots, pans, dinnerware, outdoor everything (furniture, wind chimes, etc.). Their seasonal sections are amazing too - Christmas is always filled with aisles of stuff. If you decide to go, give yourself some time because it is a big place but well worth the time if you are needing decor. -Karen in Henderson

Another great haul! The Arthur Court orchid tray is beautiful! The Lava Lamp is also really something- have never seen one like that! The squirrel prompted me to remember it was popular in the 1960's to have a group of animal figures, usually three, fastened to the front of the house. People would put them near the front door by the house numbers or between windows. I totally forgot about that!
Just a thought, dont pass up ostrich eggs because theyre $25. At least do a search because they can be as high as $75+. Id have left smaller profit items behing to pay up on the eggs. Always look em up! That color VernonWare is what we use everyday! I bought a complete service for 8 at an estate sale years ago, it was her mothers "good" china so never used. Im alway on the lookout for bowls, we broke almost all of ours. Id even take one of the other colors but cant find them in the wild around here. Just so others know, we use it in the microwave all the time with no problem.
I used to go to Hadley pottery often, starting in 1970. That pig design pitcher was a piece and style that was listed as a bean pot. It wasn’t a very practical bean pot in design. We used them as a cookie jar. That pig was part of a country designs series including the farmer, the farm wife, farm house, barn, lamb, pig, cow, horse, and chicken. What a popular set, especially since country antiques and primitives were fashionable then. Hard to believe those pieces are 50 years old now.
Those lacquer cups are Russian khokhloma. They're likely vodka shot glasses missing their tray and decanter. They're fun, but the comps are not too great!
This is a genuine question. How can you say that you could get $250 the MA Hadley pitcher? One sold on ebay with a horse figure for less that $75 and there is one listed just like yours for $182. I don't understand...can you please explain? Thank you.
I look at Worthpoint, Chairish Pink Book and other places for sold comps not just Ebay, you also have to look at availability, the same one just sold on Ebay for $225. If you look at my recap I put the value at $200 - 250 ;-)

At Home is a store. I live in Illinois and we have one. About 5 years ago, it had a different name and I can’t remember what that was. It is a huge store that has outdoor furniture, candles, art for the walls, snacks, rugs, material, kitchen stuff and a whole section of holiday items for each holiday and everything else you could possibly use in your home. Kinda like Home Goods, but much bigger store with a lot more. They have great sales that start at 25% and go to 75% off.
