Pretty good relaxation video, incorporating soft meditating music throughout would be beneficial for anxiety and stress.

I am doing this once or twice a day along with other exercises and stretches to help with pelvic floor pain at the recommendation of my physio therapist - I am hopeful that I am seeing results. Thank you for the video!

It's probably because this doctor is just a really great guy to begin with! I know this to be true because she was my primary care doctor for approximately 16 years.

Thank you... Thank you... Thank you so much.. It helps me to recover my anxiety. I feel so relaxed and calm. Now I am able to focus on my work. Because of anxiety my wife and my kids were suffering. My wife always supports me. Now my kids are loving me

It's my 2nd time listening, just going through this period of little sleep for two days. This does help even abit to calm my stress and anxiety. With all these things I'll keep in trying and see how it does in the long run

Thank you so much. It has helped me to relax in a very small amount of time and its effect is long lasting.
It increases work efficiency and act as mood elevator
