I've been in therapy for about a year now. It took me so long to get strength and courage because of my heavy anxiety. I'm pretty sure my therapist saved my life. It's okay to cry, Annika. And to whoever is reading this, everything will be fine. ❤️
I'm struggling with severe anxiety and depression for over 12 years and it's getting worse and worse, everyday I'm trying to fight with it, it's just hard and exhausting..
@@DPL120 everyone struggles form anxiety. Depression is common. Your body needs you and your soul needs you. If you hide it, you’ll never get over it. Talk to someone, like your mother or try a therapist. But if you smile while sad, your body thinks you are happy and your mindset will change to happy. Just know you are heard and you are important. Everyone in the entire world could be born, but YOU were born. You are chosen to be born. You are important. You are the one. Always remember: after the hardest climb comes the best view. You suffered 12 years? You’ll be happier than ever when you are cured. Don’t exhaust yourself. Heal yourself and your body, your mind can be healed by you or with a little help.

I was in therapy for a year and a half, I went once a week, I also watched your videos every week for motivation! i started therapy ~1.5 years ago and it’s helped me so much! originally i was going 2x a month, then once a month, and now i go less frequently (obviously progress isn’t linear and this isn’t reflective of everyone’s journey, i’m just saying it definitely has helped me a lot and i’ve grown a lot!) i wish you the best of luck with it annika and i love your vlogs so so much 💕
I have a weekly calendar for crying. Started it a while ago when things got tough and had to take on too many things at the same time as giving up something important to me. Haven't lifted my spirits since then but I feel like I'm a little tougher than before. I don't think crying weekly is healthy either, but for now it works well so, Annika, let it all out. Don't hold back the tears and, although sometimes we think the reasons are silly, it is okay to let your emotions out.
Hey, how are you now? I hope it gets better.. and you're right about it not being healthy because it can lead to depression, although I hope it doesn't happen to you. Anyway, I wish you the best (◍•ᴗ•◍)

And yes, I know I have to be very careful with that because right now my mother is going through depression and I wouldn't want to fall now when she needs me the most. Counselling helped me through the grief of my grandads passing and helped me to see I was miserable in an abusive relationship. It's takes time and lots of tears but life is so much better now. We are so proud of you ❤.
