    (15) Gift of tongues, interpretation, prophecy
Charisms are gifts from the Holy Spirit that serve to solve people's problems and make visible to the world that the King has returned to earth to govern it through his children. These gifts attest that God is present in believers. They are used to believe, they stimulate faith, they bring us salvation, they show the glory of God. Exercising charisms means putting yourself at the service of one another.
Gift of Tongues: it is an experience to which faith and the action of the Holy Spirit within us leads us. It is a language given by heaven, by the SS in every believer. It is a way of communicating with the Father, it is a way of praising him and asking the Father for help. We need it to pray in accordance with God's will, a sign of connection with the Kingdom from which we receive impulse for spiritual progress. It is an exercise of our spirit and we pray for unknown things because we speak to God by inspiration. It gives us rest and relief as we glorify God.
Interpretation of Tongues: Someone will understand and give the meaning of the prayer and it will be like prophecy. (e.g. edification in an assembly) It serves to give a message. Edification with the word of God. Gift always connected to the use of tongues.
Prophecy: a message from the Lord King that is given supernaturally in a language understandable to the speaker and the listener. It can edify many people together, it is confirmation of information already given. It is a power authorized by the King that gives information to the citizens of the Kingdom who support and encourage their fellow citizens in the life of the Kingdom, in order to enjoy and live in the justice of the King. Encouragement, exhortation, comfort, edification. It generates hope because God's control is evident. The prophecy must be confirmed and if directed towards the future it must come true. He must never command or harshly correct or humiliate.
