Can we just appreciate that uncle Felix was so happy talking about it and joking. He was just happy to marry his love and didn't care for the weather or anything. The songs in this movie do a hell lot of explaining and character portraying. Truly amazing.
Right? Like Pepa is complaining about the hurricane but Felix's inmediate next line is "what a joyous day". Félix is just a chill man that's happy with his life.
I love she side eyes him each interjection before she says "are you telling this story or am I" then smiles when he apologizes and then at the rest of his interjections. I love them!
I highly reccomend watching this movie btw, it's got plot for both kids and adults and deals with some heavy issues (self worth, displacement, war, generational trauma) and a great story line.
Bruno is the black sheep of a family that has gifts. He sees the future and people blame him for what he sees as if he calls it. He disappeared a few years before. You and the kids will love this movie. All about family and the expectations of the older generation for the younger ones. The animation, the story, the colors, the music the voices a wonderful way to spend an evening.
@@meowony.mp3 yeah, mi vida is an affectionate term commonly used by either a couple to each other or parents to their kids (it can also be used for kids in general so you can call your nephew mi vida too)

Loved how you looked flabbergasted the whole time! And rightly so, honestly the animation alone is mindblowing in this movie, but the music and story are on point as well, you'll enjoy it! Would you consider reacting to it perhaps? In terms of other songs, you could check out Family Madrigal for more context on the story, or Surface Pressure for an absolute banger with a powerful message to boot. Other songs I would consider spoilerish and I'd suggest you just watch the movie instead
Seconding all this. Start with Family Madrigal for context (plus it’s a just a great song), Surface Pressure is fantastic on its own (you don’t need much context to figure out that Luisa has super strength, and nothing else about it is particularly spoilery), and just watch the movie for the rest of the songs because they have So many spoilers, lol
Just thought I should warn you, I watch a lot of reactions, and whenever someone reacts to this song, they often get a lot of requests to react to Surface Pressure (awesome message) and Family Madrigal from the same movie.
Definitely go see it! It’s a fantastic film about generational trauma and self-worth and letting go. It’s available on Disney+, it only came out a few months ago. This is my favorite song from the film - it’s just so dynamic and layered and catchy! - but all the songs are bangers, honestly. Lin Manuel-Miranda always delivers. If you’re planning on reacting to other songs before watching the film, I’d recommend ONLY maybe listening to The Family Madrigal and Surface Pressure - all the rest are pretty spoilery, and I don’t want the plot ruined for you. Thanks for checking it out, great video!
I get chills anytime the shot of the vision shows and the lyrics say "not a word about Bruno". I don't know why, but there's just something about that that's so unsettling
DIDN'T TALK DURING THE WHOLE VIDEO quite surprising due to most of the people who reacted just were like DAMM nothing wrong with it tho just wow earned my sub
I started to see encanto for Camilo and Mirabel because I saw a lot of interesting things and because I also love them when Camilo sings, I think it's too great and the same with Mirabel,The reaction was good
To be clear Pepa (redhead) ability is to control the weather with her emotions so by Bruno telling her it was going to rain she made it rain because she was so scared of it actually raining
1:55 during Dolores part of "We Don't Talk About Bruno" also this is kinda a spoiler if you haven't watch the movie but in the background you can see bruno walking
This is from The last Disney Movie ENCANTO: Tells The Story of Madrigal family- family that each member has a power. Bruno has the power to see The future, and The family does not understand his visions so “ we don’t talk about Bruno” I watched 3 times with my 4 year nephew! It is a good movie🇧🇷
It came out early December, available on Disney+ from December 24. All the music is amazing & created by Lin Manuel Miranda. The cast are amazing vocal talents and several Columbian legends, including Carlos Vives, perform songs. Movie takes place in Columbia & they brought in instruments & musicians from their to record. Excellent story with respect to the culture.
Great reaction. This movie is so much fun for kids and adults and has great music! I'd recommend watching the movie definately! I really like Luisa's song (but I forget what it's called...)
if your'e gonna watch any of the newer Disney films, I would definitely recommend this one and Coco. Coco is an absolute gem and beautifully showcases Mexican culture

Clear up about the release since there seems to be some confusion. It was released in theaters around Thanksgiving (so somewhere around the end of Nov.) And released to Disney+ on the 24th of Dec.

If you’re interested in movie music, “Feed Me” is from Little Shop of Horrors in 1986, with Rick Moranis - and the plant Audrey 2, voiced by the brilliant Levi Stubbs.
