I have found that spypoint tech support is horrible. Hope you don't have any problems that require tech support. Good luck.

I have 4 flex that I use for security along with 3 micros and 4 link dark, I only get 25% in the red reception and have had no issues with any of my cameras. I am a member of their insider club and get the 250 photos for free with each camera so it costs me 90.00 a year to be a member...If any of my cameras take more than 250 photos I just swap it out with another fresh camera...After reading many comments on many forums the biggest issue with Flex isn't the camera its the user...So many people can't follow directions....One issue for ex .....people should update their spypoint app on a regular basis.....Yes there are some issues, but they have sold well over a million cameras ,you can pay 80,000 for a ford Truck and have 4 recalls in a year lol...Thanks for the video....

I just put out a Flex camera and it sent 21 photos after 3 days and all at once,none since then an my other cameras are sending pics in the same spot every day,i have 1 bar and my other cameras have 100% signal,I tried to get spypoint help and I don't think the techs know their ass from a hole in the ground,they said the camera is using Verizen and the AT&T tower is near by.

Spypoint Cell-link, turns normal cams to cell cams

I have owned 3 spy point cams to date. 1 micro link that they changed the software and now is useless. 1 solar micro link that didnt even last a year and filled with water. And 1 micro link solar that actualy still works.
I was only getting 3 months out of lithium AA, not even going over 100 pics a month and mostly 1 communication a day.
Il never buy another spypoint cam again.

I hope you never need any type of service from spypoint. It is horrible!

The micro link is the biggest failure , signal anywhere it don’t work very touchy about that waste of money
