Love this! I do really love a minimalist makeup collection, mine fluctuates a lot but it's still all stored in one small makeup bag with a small acrylic two drawer set for some other lip and cheek colours. I love minimalism ❤️

Since 2021 I switched to powder eyebrows products and it’s perfect for me. It’s more natural looking than pencil and last a long time. But I still keep 1 eyebrow pencil in my bag for just in case I need to touch up. Love your videos ❤

You've got me really wanting to try that Nars highlight 😄 You must must try the Dior Iconic over curl mascara..(must be the over curl one ) it is FANTASTIC!! I'm not sure if there is a mini version of it but it is my HG. I was like you searching for "the one" after my other "the one" changed formulas. Dior over curl was it for me. It doesn't flake, doesn't smudge and gives that pop to the eyelashes; also has a curved wand with natural ? bristles not plastic and not bendy. Sheer perfection, except for the price. But it's so good I'm willing to pay it.😄
It is so amazing haha! My only "problem" with it is it's such a huge compact so it's a bit bulky. Oh my gosh I just looked it up and it definitely seems like one I'd like!!! I'll add it to the wish list :) Thanks for the rec. If something is the perfect, I don't mind paying more if there aren't any suitable dupes

@@HannaMicheleRoss original. Didn’t smudge also no clumping on the brush which really annoys me when that happens. It’s great when you get free samples & ends up being better than most you’ve tried.

Btw, have you tried the nars soft matte concealer?
I sure have! It's good, but more drying than the radiant creamy and harder to spread around. It would be better for say, acne, but radiant creamy (in my opinion) is better for the under eye area and slightly more versatile.
I really like to own as less makeup as possible, is a challenge I kind of like and watching your makeup videos is so inspiring 🤩🤩🤩

Impressive!!! Sometimes I have more make up products and sometimes the number is lower. I try not to focus on numbers too much, just be mindful of spendings and overall enjoyment of the products. Haven't had any brow products in years but I'm about to get sucked into buying some. 😅

@@HannaMicheleRoss That is such a nice approach to minimalism. Some people try to gatekeep minimalism by saying "oh, you can't have make up and call yourself a minimalist". My definition of the term is a lot broader. 😇 Boy brow is such a iconic product. Sadly, Glossier isn't available in my country. :( I hope you'll enjoy it. 😇
That is the exact opposite of my opinion; there isn't a number of items of only having certain possessions that makes you a minimalist. Minimalism to me is simply asking if you can live a good life with a little less, and spending time, money, and energy on that which is truly important to you. I'm a makeup lover; I will very likely always own it, but I'm intentional about every single item I buy!
Oh and you know what, I moved to Mexico and now I don't think Glossier is available for me either :(

Have you thought about going cruelty free with your cosmetics? I love luxury brands and my go to concealer was the nars radiant creamy but as a vegan I want my makeup to be vegan too. The best concealer I’ve found that aligns with my morals is the hourglass vanish! Try it it’s amazing 🙂

FYI hourglass is owned by Unilever who is not cruelty free so..... it not as easy as you think to go cruelty free. It's easier to just not wear makeup or skincare at all.

This is crazy but I have had the same problems with both the nyx epic ink liner AND the Charlotte Tilbury lipsticks. I have tried several of her lippies, including Amazing Grace which I wore on my wedding, and with continued use developed angular cheilitis every time- so I’m allergic. And the Nyx liner leaks when you travel with it- it may not be plane friendly packaging I am thinking? Became leaky and blobby twice so I no longer buy it.

And as for the eyeliner, I genuinely thought it was the travel as well because I used it for years and never had an issue.
